Ken Stewart, a.k.a. “The Guam Food Guy,” has been writing restaurant reviews for 11 years for the www.guamdiner. comwebsite. He has a radio talk show and writes for several publications, most notably Guam Food Today. His Guamdiner Bytes are also published in Stripes Guam, Stars & Stripes Publication for the U.S. Military.

Leslie Ray Ware is a professional photographer whose unique process of post production and special printing techniques give his photographs the look and feel of a painting. He has published a photo book, “Saipan, Tropical Isle Defined” after living in the island for 10 years. He is currently residing in Thailand, where he is working on new photography projects. Stalls offering Henna tattooing or face-painting continue to be popular through the years.

Once the festival is in full swing you will find yourself immersed in a sea of happy people eating and drinking to their hearts content!
