Kelsey Woodland Senior • Defender • 5-6 • Exercise Science Waconia, Minn. (Waconia H.S.) 2011 NSIC All-Academic Team

BULLDOG CAREER As a Junior [2012] - Appeared in four games for the Bulldogs in her second season with the team. As a Sophomore [2011] - Used sparingly in her first season as a walk-on at UMD, making three appearances on the back line as a reserve • named to the NSIC All-Academic team. BEFORE UMD Is a 2010 graduate of Waconia High School • was a three year letterwinner for head coach Gretchen Fritz • played both center midfield and defense for the Wildcats • Played C-1 soccer three years for Eden Prairie • participated on the basketball team for two seasons as a freshman and a sophomore • earned two letters as a member of the Waconia track and field team as a sprinter and triple jumper • was a member of the Student Council for three years and was named treasurer for that club • was also in the National Honor Society for the full four years of her high school campaign. PERSONAL: Born Kelsey Leigh Woodland on December 20, 1991 in St. Paul, Minn. • daughter of Philip and Rebecca Woodland • has one older brother (Gavin).
