How would it work with a business mentor
Your Mentor would normally start by undertaking a review of your business which would entail spending time with yourself and your staff to understand what is going well and identifying what couldbeimprovedandhow.
The mentor would then talk through the review with the owner/directorsanddiscusshis/her observations and give recommendations on the way forward.Thiswouldbefollowedby a session to formulate a strategic plan for the business based on what you the owner, wants to achieve.
That could be about anything from driving growth to maximising the value of the business for a future exit or getting a better financial return for you personally. Importantly, it’s all focussed on getting you the owner what you wantforthefuture,enablingyouto achieveyourgoal(s).
Your mentor would then work with you, meeting typically monthly, but probably speaking to you more regularly, to help you implement andachievetheplan.

Confidentiality & Exclusivity
Letting someone into your business and sharing privileged information with them could be a concern, but we provide a confidentiality and exclusivity agreement meaning that we will never share any information about you or your business with any other party unless you ask us to do so. Our agreement also covers us not working with a similar business to yours within a geographic area (which is based on the nature of the business).
