The Hoeft Technology & Management Program
This innovative program combines Gies Business and Grainger Engineering undergraduates, creating business graduates who understand technological innovation and engineering graduates who understand business. Students work in project teams that mirror those found in today’s companies and develop comprehensive solutions to real-world problems.
Global Experiences
We offer global experiences to prepare students for the global business world. Through study abroad trips or immersions, they have opportunities to take courses in other countries and immerse themselves into different cultures.
Career Exploration & Optimization (CEO) Summer Program
The Career Exploration & Optimization (CEO) program gives freshman and sophomores the opportunity to explore their professional identity, gather real-time information about potential career paths, and build their professional networks. It integrates engaging with professionals during panels, workshops and activities.
BUS 101: Business Foundations
Students explore the broader purpose of business in creating value for society, along their own purpose, gaining skills for doing business ethically along the way.
BUS 201: Business Dynamics
Students expand their critical thinking and teamwork skills while experiencing job dynamics and problem-solving through a hypothetical business scenario.
BUS 301: Business in Action
