FEFF, el festival de cine más grande de Europa especializado en cine asiático, regresa este año para su primera edición a gran escala con asistencia mundial de la era de la pandemia. El festival contó con una combinación de proyecciones vir tuales y presenciales el año pasado.
“El festival de Udine corona a Takeshi Kitano por su emocionante viaje a través de géneros y estilos y entre el cine y la televisión”, dijeron los organizadores de FEFF en un comunicado, describiendo al actor/director como “uno de los gigantes del cine mundial”.
El Festival de Cine del Lejano Oriente de Udine 2022 se llevará a cabo del 22 al 30 de abril. La alineación completa del evento se dará a conocer el 12 de abril.

Sembrerà strano, ma in tempi in cui la geografia politica è diventata pane quotidiano, è difficile vedere Hi, Mom senza farsi molte domande su cosa sia, in prima istanza e fondamentalmente, cinema. Su quale sia il suo insostituibile ruolo sociale e politico e dunque propagandistico. Soprattutto di fronte a un campione d’incassi di questo livello, in un mercato – quello cinese – che ancora in tanti tendono a sottostimare se non snobbare. Hi, Mom è innanzitutto una storia commovente che promuove valori confuciani della famiglia: l’amore per la madre da parte di una figlia (interpretata dalla stessa regista), che pensa di averla delusa, si trasforma in un viaggio nel tempo per spingere la genitrice
