ABOUT US UCHealth is a Colorado-owned and operated, nonprofit 501(c)(3), integrated health system. Created in 2012 with the joint operating agreement of University of Colorado Hospital and Poudre Valley Health System, UCHealth now includes seven hospitals and more than 100 UCHealth-owned and affiliated clinics serving patients in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.
