This was our first year having a Jewish Society at UCC. What started as four Jews in a room had turned into a thriving community of people sharing kindness, tradition, and love with the world. We have had lovely big holiday parties for Sukkot, Chanukah, and Purim. We put on a Purim Spiel that raised over €200 for Cork Penny Dinners. We were honoured to receive the Best New Jsoc award from the Union of Jewish Students, and we have been working to create interfaith dialogue and collaboration Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, we have cultivated a community that really and truly cares for each other. What a fantastic year. םשה ךורב!
