Stuart Chape I am an environmental and social photographer, undertaking a range of assignments but specialising in aerial photography, which I have been doing for more than 30 years. As a number of photographers have discovered, the view from above can capture a unique perspective. My own objective is to capture the reality of aerial views in a way that not only reveals patterns and designs but also the relationship of humans to nature and the built environment, as well as the beauty of nature - and environmental issues - seen from above. Based in Samoa a lot of my

work is focused on Pacific island landscape and the vast ocean that surrounds them. Most of my social and portrait photography is produced in monochrome, and the landscape and environmental work in colour. I have won a number of awards and my images have been exhibited in many countries.

Geri Centonze, USA As a former sketch card artist, Geri Centonze created over 1300 original hand-drawn pieces which were sold to collectors worldwide. In 2012, Geri put aside her Copic markers to pursue her new passion, iPhoneography. Quickly smitten with the need to share as much as create, Geri started blogging and now shares featured interviews, tutorials, app reviews and amazing mobile photography from around the world on Art of Mob. Geri’s iPhone art has been exhibited in Spain, Mexico and California and has earned awards and honorable mention in MDAC Photo Art, IPPAwards, GoPix Awards and 2nd Zebra Awards. “Shooting and editing on a mobile device allows for freedom and spontaneity. My iPhone is always with me. Part of the challenge is to take a photograph that might be considered a throw away and create something beautiful from it. My goal is to create a piece that lies somewhere between a photograph and a painting. This painterly style has evolved over the past three years using various apps and techniques on an iPad. Experimentation and observing the work of the mobile art community have played a role in my creative process. I am pleased to see that mobile photography has made its way into the mainstream and is considered worthy competition among work by traditional photographers.”

Tyler Kramer, USA I am very honored to have been awarded 2nd Place in the Contemporary Category for the 1st ROYGBIV Awards. One always hopes that their works are chosen as a winner, and it is very humbling to have my image selected as a winning piece. My winning image is part of my series of light paintings exploring color and motion that is shown in full in this issue. This series was the culmination of two years of experimentation with long exposure photography. What started as a 35mm film and silver gelatin print based project eventually evolved into this digital series. All images in this series were shot in camera using long exposure and then augmented with tweaks to the color in Photoshop.

Jakub Pasierkiewicz, UK

I was born in Poland in 1980 and graduated from the University of Silesia with a Masters in Fine Arts in 2005. Currently I live and work in the UK. My main passion is painting and drawing but I have also never lost my interest in the medium of photography which, in some sense, is an essential accomplishment of my artistic language. I use my camera to transfer and materialise the emotions, which develop in my mind, the excitement caused by encountered reality. Sometimes the photos can abstract from reality, showing different aspects of colours and forms, whereas other times they can simply reflect certain situations taking place in front of my camera.

© Jakub Pasierkiewicz

These pictures are a part of a bigger project, “Shreds of Memory”, which I started years ago and it is still a work in progress. The main focus of this series is the symbiosis of a figurative image of a human with some elements of an arbitrary action which is caused by natural factors such as time. These are often a result of coincidence which creates in the end an abstract image. These compositions of layers, which were created with reminiscences of past events, represent a collection of coded information about a variety of aspects of our life and unravel the passage of time.

He had 9 solo exhibions, many group exhibitions (US, UK, France, Spain, Urugoay, Argentina, Singapore…), and released 4 books (“Dharma and Life”…), as well as countless international awards and recognitions. About series “Memories of love”. Photography is imagination. Photography is connected. Photography is a reality. And photography is memories. Do not have a memory for a past integrity. Blur points, sharp points, depending on the chart of each individual emotion. But even the most disjointed fragments, it also helped me realize who I was at least in a certain period. This series is in my project “Mystery of woman” carried out over many years.
