Student favourite at the heart of the campus, with most of the apartments being small studios. The buildings have been completely refurbished in recent years and are also home to e.g. restaurants, swimming and sports halls, student nation and organization rooms and a kindergarten.

Please note: River/courtyard view depending on the apartment. Some of the two-room apartments are distributed over two floors (loft).

The heart of the Student Village, completed at the beginning of 2022, Tyyssija, is located right in the center of the Student Village West, close to the campus area. The first floor of the building houses Arkea’s student restaurant Mood Elo, CampusSport’s gym, grocery store K-Kylänvalinta and TYS hosing office.

Please note: Water is not included in the rent, but is billed monthly according to consumption. Smoking on the balconies is forbidden in the location. Some of the apartments have restricted views, which is taken into account in the rent.

Student Village West is located near the campus and the riverbank. Some of the apartments have a balcony, french balcony or a yard.

Student Village East

Student Village East is located on the upper riverbank near Halistenkoski rapid. Student Village East has a wide variety of apartments, and most have either their own cosy backyard (1st floor) or balcony. There is also a kindergarten in the area.

Ritzinkuja 1, 20380 Turku

Housing location near a park. The low-rise apartment buildings conceal two cosy courtyards with playgrounds. There is also a kindergarten in the location. The location was refurbished in 2020–2021, when almost all apartments were renovated.

Kotivalo

Most apartments in this cosy terraced and semi-detached house have a private yard. Right next to the location is a lush park with outdoor activities, playgrounds and sandy fields. The location’s peaceful courtyard is also ideal for children to play in.
