You can apply for an apartment before your study place is confirmed. Application period for students starting their studies in the fall begins 1 st of May.
Please note: Apartments that become available in August and September are only for new students, so those who have already started studying should apply for an apartment in July
Pets are welcome in our apartments, except in shared apartments and in Tavasti.
Smoking is forbidden in all TYS apartments
* Water is not included in the rent in the apartments of Aitiopaikka, Haliskylä or Tyyssija nor in the renovated apartments in Kuunsilta, where water is billed according to consumption on a monthly basis.
