The project pushes the envelope in constructability and aesthetics, with muted grey tone brick blends and contemporary angled forms, joined with ample amenities to tenants. After demolition of an existing outdated auditorium, a new auditorium / multi-purpose room would provide the school with space for music classes, plays, and general gatherings. The book sought to give a pre view of typical lighting patterns which different available technologies could afford. This was achieved through simulating lighting with photometric calculations in virtual 3D room layouts. 23
