ERKENNING: TOLLIE BEDRYF BESLOTE KORPORASIE AS INSOLVENTE MAATSKAPPY

Wet glo oortree VERSLAGSPAN

J

as bedryfsinkomste in die finansiële state aangeteken is. V Na bladsy 2.

A driver burned to death on Saturday 11 November after losing control of his vehicle on the R102 near Buttskop Road in Kuils River. According to provincial traffic chief, Kenny Africa, the man was driving in the direction of the Strand at about 11:15 when he lost control of his Ford Telstar. Africa confirms that the vehicle went over the centre median of the road, landing in the oncoming lane where it caught alight with the driver still trapped inside. “Fortunately the vehicle did not collide with any oncoming vehicles travelling in the direction of Kuils River,” says Africa. However, it cannot be confirmed whether the vehicle overturned while going over the centre median, which might have led to it catching alight. The age of the deceased is unknown and he is said to have been a foreign national. . Meanwhile, the Kuils River Police Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) is still investigating the abduction of four-year-old Anisa Ahmed Abdule Mohamud who went missing on Wednesday 1 November near Van Riebeeck Road in Kuils River. According to Kuils River police spokesperson, Captain Isaac van Niekerk, two suspects, who was seen with the child before her disappearance, appeared in the Blue Downs Magistrate’s Court on Monday 6 November on charges of abduction. Van Niekerk confirms that the two suspects were known to Anisa and her family. However, according to Van Niekerk, the court withdrew the charges against the two suspects. “No reasons were provided for the withdrawal of the charges.” said Van Niekerk. He further confirms that the toddler has not been found and that FCS is working tirelessly to locate her. “The investigation into Anisa’s abduction is still ongoing and any leads that the FCS may be presented with will be followed up.” Anyone with information on Anisa’s disappearance is urged to contact the Kuils River FCS on 021 918 3532.
