Plan Review Fees
8. Review fees for review between meetings are three times (x 3) the regular fees. Updated For FY 2024 Review Fees for Single Family Dwelling, Multiple Family Dwelling, and Commercial projects are based on the new square footage. If no space is being added, the project will be billed based on the applicable 0‐1,499 square foot fee.

Building Permit Fees
To determine the Building Permit Fee, the TVAC Building Inspector will complete the following Valuation Chart per Single Family Dwelling, Multiple Family Dwelling, Commercial below. Then based on the Total Project Valuation, referencing the 2024 Building Permit Fee Schedule, the Building Inspector will calculate the permit fee. A review fee will also be billed.
