TALKDESK PRE & POST GO-LIVE
A conference call bridge will be open 15 minutes prior to start time. Supervisors/Managers are not required to be on the call the entire time, but please check in at the start of day. The conference call and the Teams chat are open all day to answer questions and provide support.
The Talkdesk Implementation Team will be making test calls the night before & the morning of to ensure the routing is mapped correctly. Please let your agents know to expect test calls.
How to be prepared for the Talkdesk Go-Live day: ü ü Everyone should have eyes on computer screen and headset on. ü Managers should have Live Dashboard up on their computer and displayed on the TV in the office.
Have the environment for all users quiet.
