he Leaf Clean from GKB Machines has been specifically designed for the fast, effective clearance of leaves and other

debris from your artificial turf pitch. A combination of brushes and bespoke suction nozzle enables you to sweep and collect leaves in a single pass, without disturbing or removing synthetic infill material. Leaf clearance on all types of turf surface is notoriously time consuming, but with an artificial pitch, removal also risks stripping infill from the surface into a collector or blowing material out of the boundary and into the surrounding environment. The GKB Leaf Clean offers a quicker and cleaner alternative, preventing microplastic contamination and retaining the pitches play and performance characteristics. The Leaf Clean features soft brushes which rotate and sweep loose leaves together, before being
vacuumed into a spacious collection hopper by the internal nozzle. The suction of this unique nozzle can be fully adjusted to prevent disturbance of all types of modern-day infill material. Once the container has been filled, the leaves are then easily emptied thanks to the container’s hydraulic tip function. The ease and efficiency of the GKB Leaf Clean machine means it can be effectively operated by just one person, halving the labour required and freeing up other team members to complete other essential autumn maintenance tasks. The GKB Leaf Clean is available in two sizes – the LC150 featuring a 1.5m working width and 650L collection container, or the LC180 with a larger 1.8m width and higher capacity 1000L hopper.
