The 2010 Sentinel Volume 56 was created by the yearbook staff at Seton Catholic Preparatory High School in Chandler, Arizona. This book was printed by Jostens, Inc., Visalia. 29625 Road 84 Box 991, Visalia CA 93279. This book was produced using Adobe Photoshop and Jostens Yearbook Avenue. The theme of the yearbook was chosen last year in the 2009 yearbook class. This year's Editor-In-Chief was adison Freed , with Assistant Editor Junior Editor 1a and Layout Editors and uuc; L Sa . The colors used were dysca le , , IJ \JY Jaut: , Subtle Aquamari d , Vibrant Cardinal RPri , Grayscale Black, , and Intense Electric Purple. This book was produced with mostly digital photos taken by staff members and the Seton Catholic photography class. Text was printed in Franklin Gothic, and CursU?e.-M.cwi in various point sizes.
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has helped with the production of this year's Sentinel. Many hours and lots of hard work have been put into its creation. The Theme of this book, The Sound of a Sentinel was created last year, and this year we evolved it into a fun and funky book. We used crooked pictures and bright colors to carry the theme throughout the book, and to keep the feeling fun and lighthearted. Though the staff this year was small, we worked well together through stressful deadlines and lots of at-home work to create the beautiful book you see before you.
I have now finished my final of three years as a Seton Catholic Yearbook Editor and will be moving on to college next year, with new experiences and a new yearbook to create. Each year as the Sentinel Editor has proven to be more and more rewarding and I leave my experience pleased with the results. I leave behind my legacy to the staff of next year and all the years following and wish them the best.
