Cosa prova a essere da anni partecipe allo sviluppo del prodotto Madrigale?

È bello assistere e partecipare alle diverse fasi, che vanno dall’idea al progetto fino alla creazione del prodotto finale. Trovo straordinario vedere tutti i componenti della famiglia Tondini unire le proprie idee per realizzare qualcosa di nuovo: infatti, nulla viene lasciato al caso, bensì è frutto di un progetto comune, che spesso coinvolge tutte e tre le generazioni… e io sono onorata di fare parte di questo nucleo. Inoltre, l’impegno e la costante voglia di stare al passo con i tempi è fonte di ispirazione e ti porta a dare sempre il massimo, a sentirti parte del mondo del Madrigale.

Cosa è cambiato maggiormente oggi rispetto a ieri?

Ad oggi l’hotel è cambiato molto, non solo nel design, ma anche nei servizi proposti, tra cui la recentissima MAD Spa. I nuovi dispositivi utilizzati dallo staff permettono di migliorare l’efficienza dei servizi offerti in loco, mentre il nuovo programma utilizzato per l’invio delle offerte crea una comunicazione completa, diretta e partecipe con il cliente.

Cosa lascerebbe invariato nel domani del Madrigale?

Il calore, l’attenzione e la presenza costante della famiglia Tondini.

In che modo i vari cambiamenti hanno incontrato la soddisfazione degli ospiti?

Abbiamo clienti abituali che conoscono l’Hotel Madrigale da molti anni e che riconoscono immediatamente ogni singolo cambiamento, sia negli arredi che nei servizi proposti. Negli ultimi anni sono stati migliorati gli spazi comuni e i dettagli, anche grazie ai suggerimenti degli ospiti. I clienti apprezzano molto le novità, in ogni ambito.

Quale ambiente dell’hotel prediligerebbe per concedersi una pausa?

Senza dubbio l’area esterna dove si trova l’infinity pool: qui, il silenzio e i suoni della natura creano un’atmosfera di assoluto relax. Per non parlare, poi, della vista mozzafiato che si ha dalla piscina… Sembra quasi di toccare il lago con un dito!

How does it feel to have been involved in the development of the Madrigale product for years?

It is nice to witness and participate in the different phases, which start from the idea, to the project and up to the creation of the final product. I find it extraordinary to see all the members of the Tondini family combine their ideas to create something new. Nothing is left to chance, it is the result of a common project, which often involves all three generations... and I am honoured be part of this core group. The commitment and the constant desire to keep up with the times is a source of inspiration and leads us to always give our best, to feel part of the Madrigale world.

What has changed the most today compared to yesterday?

To date, the hotel has changed a lot, not only in design, but also in the services offered, including the very recent MAD Spa. The new devices used by the staff improve the efficiency of the services offered on site, while the new programme used for sending offers creates a complete, direct and participatory communication with the guest.

What would you leave unchanged in tomorrow's Madrigale?

How did the various changes meet the satisfaction of the guests?

We have regular clients who have known Madrigale Hotel for many years and who immediately recognize every single change, both in the furnishings and in the services offered. In recent years, the common areas and details have been improved, also thanks to the suggestions of our guests. They really appreciate the improvements in every area.

In which hotel environment would you prefer to take a break?

Undoubtedly the outdoor area where the infinity pool is located: here, the silence and the sounds of nature create an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. Not to mention the breath-taking view from the pool… It almost seems like you can touch the lake with your finger!

Da oltre dieci anni, stupisce gli ospiti con drink e cocktail di Sua fantasia. Da dove nasce questa passione?

La mia passione nasce dal desiderio di creare dei drink che siano esteticamente belli – quasi a volerli bere con gli occhi – e buoni al primo sorso così da soddisfare e rendere felice chiunque abbia il piacere di degustarli.

For over ten years, you have been wowing guests with your own fancy drinks. Where does this passion come from?

My passion stems from the desire to create drinks that are aesthetically beautiful - almost as if you want to drink them with your eyes - and good from the very first sip. Our aim is to make our guests happy and satisfy anyone who has the pleasure of tasting them.

Come sono cambiati i gusti della clientela nel corso del tempo? How have guests’ tastes changed over time?

Devo ammettere che il cambiamento è stato davvero drastico, ma, al contempo, anche la scelta dei vari drink si è evoluta. In questo modo, è sempre possibile ordinare la bevanda che meglio incontra il proprio gusto.

Il Bar Luì racchiude nel suo nome un omaggio a Lei, signor Luigi. Cosa prova al riguardo?

Non posso che esserne profondamente lieto: è una bella soddisfazione che mi regala un’immensa gioia.

A quale prossima creazione sta lavorando?

Sono all’opera per realizzare qualcosa di nuovo e affascinante. Tuttavia, le mie creazioni sono delle sorprese, per cui un po’ di suspense ci vuole.

Qual è il Suo drink preferito e quale location del Madrigale sceglierebbe per gustarselo?

È sicuramente l’House, un aperitivo che ho inventato io. Me lo godrei sulla terrazza panoramica, mentre ammiro il blu dell’affascinante Lago di Garda, che appaga gli occhi e l’anima.

I must admit that the change has been quite dramatic, but, at the same time, the choice of drinks has also evolved. This way, you can always order the drink that best suits your taste.

Bar Luì is a tribute to you in its name, Luigi. How do you feel about it?

I am truly honoured: it is a great satisfaction that gives me immense joy.

What is the next creation you working on?

I am working to create something new and intriguing. However, my creations are surprises, so it’s nice to build a little suspense!

What is your favorite drink and which location at Madrigale would you choose to enjoy it?

It is definitely the house aperitif that I invented. I would enjoy it on the panoramic terrace, while admiring the blue of Lake Garda, which satisfies the eyes and the soul.

The day with the flavour of Madrigale begins with a sumptuous breakfast buffet that offers delicious sweet and savoury delicacies, continues with snacks and light dishes, and ends with a fourcourse dinner of your choice. The pleasures of taste are celebrated in the romantic Bellevue Restaurant and the Pool Bistrot La Terrazza.

Se per voi vacanza fa rima con golf, dal Madrigale è possibile raggiungere dieci campi conosciuti e frequentati da giocatori provenienti da tutto il mondo. A soli pochi metri dall’hotel, si trova il Golf Club Ca’ degli Ulivi, il quale si snoda tra campi di ulivi e laghetti. Da alcune delle sue 18 buche, inoltre, si ha una vista diretta sul Garda, mentre dalle postazioni a est si apre una panoramica sul Monte Baldo.

If your idea of vacation means golf, ten well-known courses frequented by players from all over the world can be reached from Madrigale. Inoltre, particolarmente gettonata in zona è anche l’arrampicata sportiva.

Se siete amanti del frutto di Bacco e desiderate conoscerne i segreti del processo produttivo, non potete mancare di visitare il Museo del vino Zeni a Bardolino. Inoltre, si consiglia vivamente di assaporare le varietà delle etichette locali in occasione di alcune degustazioni: un ottimo modo per variare una giornata al lago!

MAD • SPA etiquette

• Glamour Private Spa: l’accesso è contingentato (sei persone alla volta, con uno slot di permanenza di un’ora) ed è richiesta la prenotazione. L’apertura è prevista dal 1° aprile al 31 maggio e dal 15 settembre a fine stagione, tutti i giorni dalle ore 15:00 alle 19:00. Il primo ingresso è gratuito, mentre i successivi a pagamento.

• Exclusive Private Spa: l’accesso è riservato a un massimo di due persone per due ore. L’apertura è prevista dal 1° aprile al 31 maggio e dal 15 settembre a fine stagione, tutti i giorni dalle ore 19:30 alle 22:30. Vengono offerti prosecco, finger food e spiedini di frutta. La riservazione di questa formula va effettuata al momento della prenotazione della camera. Il costo è di € 150 a persona.

• È bene sapere che... vi informiamo che la MAD Spa rimane chiusa nei mesi di luglio e agosto, salvo nelle giornate di pioggia, a discrezione della direzione. La cabina per i trattamenti, invece, è sempre aperta. Vi preghiamo, inoltre, di comunicare eventuali cancellazioni di massaggi o accessi all’area wellness almeno 24 ore prima, onde evitare il pagamento di una penale. L’accesso agli ambienti del benessere è riservato agli ospiti maggiorenni. Infine, all’interno del centro benessere raccomandiamo l’uso del telo a tutela dell’intimità e della privacy di tutti gli ospiti.

MAD • SPA etiquette

• Glamour Private Spa: access is limited (six people at a time, with a one-hour stay slot) and reservations are required. The opening dates are from 1 April to 31 May and from 15 September to the end of the season, every day from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The first entry is free, while subsequent ones are subject to payment.

• Exclusive Private Spa: access is reserved for a maximum of two people for two hours. The opening dates are from 1 April to 31 May and from 15 September to the end of the season, every day from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Prosecco, finger food and fruit skewers are offered. The reservation of this package must be made at the time of booking the room. The cost is €150 per person.

• Good to know... we inform you that the MAD Spa is closed in July and August, except on rainy days, at the management’s discretion. The treatment rooms are open all year. We also ask you to communicate any cancellations of massages or access to the wellness area at least 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid a penalty charge. Finally, access to the wellness areas is reserved for guests of legal age.

Useful information

• Dinner on the panoramic terrace of the Bellavista restaurant: reservation required. With half board, the table is reserved in the dining room.

• Methods of payment: cash, check, debit and credit cards. For special offers, cash payment is required, unless otherwise specified.

• Madrigale is a non-smoking hotel.

• Currently, the VAT rate is 10%.

• Tourist tax: in addition to the price of the room a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person and day (starting from 14 years) is added.
