During development of the Elements collection we set some strict rules for ourselves to which each individual product has to abide. Use as much recycled materials in the manufacturing process of our products as possible*.
All packaging used is produced with sustainable materials.
Every ceramic coating used has to be free of PFAS.
All material that comes into contact with food has to be BPA free.

CERTIFIED SUCCESS
The rapidly growing market of sustainable products is known to have companies making claims they can not back up or are made up to look good. In the industry this is known as “greenwashing”.
To make the statement that we take sustainability very serious, we make sure our whole product process is certified in a number of different ways.
We make use of amfori BSCI. amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) is a comprehensive programme designed to identify, assess, and mitigate social risks within supply chains. amfori BSCI enables us to exercise ESG due diligence, enhance transparency, and address significant violations of working conditions within international labour rights frameworks.

We only have GRS certified products in our Elements collection.
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) verifies the percentage of recycled content/material and tracks it from the source/recycler to the final product.
We go to great lengths to ensure that only recycled and sustainable packaging materials are used. All plastic has been removed and replaced with more sustainable alternatives. Instead, recycled or FSC-certified paper and cardboard are used.
We make use of amfori BEPI. amfori BEPI (Business Environmental Performance Initiative) is a comprehensive programme designed to identify, assess and mitigate environmental risks within our supply chain. amfori BEPI enables us to exercise ESG due diligence, enhance transparency, and manage environmental impacts more effectively. We can prioritise risks, address them more efficiently, and continuously improve the environmental performance of our supply chain.
Plastic Soup Foundation fights for the phasing out of disposable plastics and harmful additives and want to work towards a fundamental system change. Besides donating yearly to the Plastic Soup Foundation, we also donate a percentage of each sold product to help fight plastic pollution worldwide.
