FRESH CATCH SEAFOOD PROGRAM

Triple Crown Foods proudly offers a high quality, price competitive seafood program, structured as an authentic seafood processing house. Our seafood division puts great importance on quality, as our seafood team takes great care and puts forth great efforts to ship out the highest quality fresh seafood on a daily basis.

All customer orders are produced in our HAACP certified seafood processing room which includes cutting tables, scaling and gutting stations, electric pin boning station, an inventory stocking system and two lobster tanks.

We have a dedicated team who take great pride in receiving/ quality control, cutting fish and what we pack in customer boxes. Our staff has a combined 75 plus years experience in the seafood industry (Cutters, Production Manager, Director and Production staff). Our seafood is cut from whole fish the day the order comes in and is shipped out the next day. Our inventory control is very strong and allows us to turnover fish quickly without having to be concerned about product sitting around too long.

Most importantly, when it comes to our customers, it is crucial to understand their seafood needs and all specifications on how their fish is processed to help us provide seafood that will exceed all customer expectations.
