JS OLYMPICS

We had a great display for the Olympics and the Paralympics. The boys enjoyed watching some of the events on the television before school and at lunchtime in the library. Mr John Bestall, a 1988 and silver medallist in 1992 Hockey came in to talk to the boys about life in the Olympic village.

BOOK WEEK

A good time was had by all students during book week. This year the theme was ‘Australia: Story Country’.

MELBOURNE CUP

The Melbourne Cup came to the Junior School. Old Boy, Chris Parnham ('14) lent us some of his jockey gear so the boys could see the difference between the weight of a jockey's racing gear and normal horse riding gear.
