PHOTOGRAPHERS INFO—PLEASE READ
It is with great pleasure we have been asked to be the Official Photographer at your Graduation Ball. We will be available on the night for Family & Portrait photographs. You are require you to pay on the night. Payment is strictly by cash , EFTPOS or Credit Card. EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD payments incur a $2.00 transaction fee.
You prepay $80 (please see payment methods above) on the night for at least a Package of any 3-5x7” prints from your session. You will have your photographs taken but instead of viewing and ordering on the spot, Parents are to make an appointment with our staff to view the Graduation images In our Studio within three weeks of the Ball. Parents have the option of ordering multiple copies & the order will then be ready for collection from our studio approximately three weeks later! Please note that there are studio conditions associated with this Option.
Studio Conditions: Discounted Graduation prices only apply for a two week period after the ball, Pre-paid packages cannot be combined with other clients sessions. After the two weeks, prints will return to normal studio prices. All appointments need to be made with the studio within this time and attended by a parent, appointments are made at the discretion of the studio during normal studio operating hours.
Should you fail to attend your second appointment time because you missed the first, or make multiple cancellations unfortunately the Discounted Graduation Prices will not apply and will revert back to Normal Studio Prices.
The GROUP PHOTO is purchased separately - 8x10” $30

But best of all, our prints are a larger size being 5”x7” instead of 6” x 4” so more for your money.
