Fun based early years gymnastics with movement to action songs, giving children the chance to work towards the Trilogy Proficiency Awards Scheme. Sessions are 1 to 2 years and 2 to 3 years, children must be walking and accompanied by parents.

Available at:

Soft shapes, trikes, climbing apparatus and a huge bouncy castle to play on. Parents must accompany children at all times, no more than three children per adult. This is an unsupervised session.

Under 5’s sports sessions designed and developed for children aged 18 months to 5 years. Gently introducing new skills in a fun, friendly, pressure free environment.

• 18 months to 3 years – children must be walking and parent participation is compulsory • 3 to 5 years – parent participation is encouraged Available at:

Introducing children to the basic skills needed to improve agility, coordination and balance.
