VILY A HISTORICKÉ OBJEKTY / VILLAS AND HISTORIC BUILDINGS Rekonstrukce historických objektů patří mezi jednu z nejobtížnějších stavebních disciplín. Ať už jde o samotný projekt, který by měl brát ohledy především na historii budovy, původní materiály a architekturu stavby, tak i na samotné zpracování co nejpreciznějším a nejcitlivějším způsobem. Vlastní rekonstrukci musí předcházet důkladný stavebně technický průzkum objektu, zmapování nosných i výplňových konstrukcí. Dále je třeba sladit požadavky a představy investora s původní, historicky cennou architekturou budovy a jejího bezprostředního okolí. Obzvláště obtížné to bývá u památkově chráněných objektů. Historické objekty mají svou specifiku v řadě stavebních detailů. Ne každá stavební firma dnes dokáže obnovit výtvarné prvky dávných generací kameníků či štukatérů. Renovation of historic buildings is among the most difficult construction disciplines. It ranges from the project design, which should respect the building’s history, its original materials and architecture, to the actual workmanship applying most meticulous and sensitive methods. The renovation work itself has to be preceded by thorough structural and technical survey of the building, and mapping of the load-bearing and infill structures. In addition, we have to harmonise the investor’s requirements and ideas with the original, historically valuable architecture of the building and its immediate vicinity. This tends to be especially difficult in protected heritage buildings. Historic buildings have numerous specific structural details. Not every construction company today is capable of renovating decorative elements made by ancient generations of stonemasons and plasterers. TrigemaBuilding has many years of experience in this respect based on commissions from both state institutions and private owners, which we have multiplied in renovations of historic apartment buildings as well as formal villas.
Pod Hradbami, Praha 6 – rekonstrukce vily / villa renovation Součástí komplexní rekonstrukce rezidence v ulici Pod Hradbami byla mimo jiné i sanace spodní stavby. Ta byla ztížená nutností brát maximální ohled na ochranu vzrostlých stromů v těsné blízkosti objektu. Architekt kladl v návrhu vnitřního uspořádání velký důraz na prosvětlení celého interiéru. Je zde celá řada skleněných stěn, které otevírají celý vnitřní prostor a rozevírají pohled do zahrady. Among other things, the complete renovation of the residence in Pod Hradbami included understructure rehabilitation. It was made difficult by the need for maximum respect to grown-up trees in the immediate vicinity of the building. The architect’s interior layout design emphasised illumination of the whole interior. There are a number of glass walls, opening up the entire interior and offering a view of the garden. •
