Jane Jozoff What is your home town and how long have you lived in the Valley? My hometown was North Bend, Ohio, but we moved here from Pennsylvania in June 1996. Savor the Symphony and Blockbuster Broadway Fundraiser for Phoenix Symphony Orchestra, Phoenix Boys Choir Gala, Independent Woman Luncheon and ACI Holiday Luncheon for the Phoenix Art Museum; Tour of Private Gardens for the Desert Botanical Garden plus Chaired Patrons Circle Committee last year Do you have a favorite song and film? For song ... She’s the One from “A Chorus Line” and movie would be “The King and I” What’s the best book you’ve read last year? Nancy Tengler’s The Women’s Guide to Successful Investing” What do you consider your finest hour? Not sure I have had a “finest hour”… but loved all my time working with the State and City Arts Commissions and seeing the results make me feel proud. What 7 people living or dead would you invite to a dinner party? Golda Maier, Joan of Arc, Pope John Paul II, Rabbi Issac M. Wise, Winston Churchill, Benjamin Franklin, Mae West What’s your worst habit? Surely you jest. I don’t have any. Well, maybe polishing my nails in the car on the way to an event…I use clear polish and drive with my knees! What’s your motto? “You have to reach in order to grow!”
Maja Langbein What is your home town and how long have you lived in the Valley? I was born in South Plainfield, NJ; but my home town is Tempe, AZ. I have lived here since 1980.
