Get away from the crowds in St Marks Square and get lost in the maze of winding alleyways. A magical walk around the area of the Fenice, Sant’Angelo and Santo Stefano with a guide, up to Santa Maria del Giglio gondola station where you will enjoy a trip on the most romantic boat in the world: the gondola. Prices are subject to change with or without notice, whether or not the final balance of your holiday has been paid. Airfares, cruise and accommodation are subject to availability at time of bookings. Flight sched-ules are subject to change without notice. Hotels are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Once you have decided on your holiday, simply ask your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent to book it with us. On confirmation of your booking, a written confirmation will be sent to your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent. An option will be given for 3-7 days and before the option expires it will be necessary for you to pay a deposit. The deposit amount required to secure your holiday may depend on the length of your cruise. A minimum de-posit is $1620. Additional deposit will be required for some sailings. YourTravel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent will advise you at the time of booking, should any additional deposit amount be required and when they are due. This deposit secures your cruise berth and hotel room. Final payment is due 100 days prior to departure from Australia.

If your booking is made within 100 days of departure from Australia, full payment will be due im-mediately. Failure to pay the deposit by the option due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Any special meal requirements will be made on a “request” basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent of your requirements at time of booking.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE Gratuities (Hotel Service Charge)*, optional tour and transfer packages, passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages (except as specifically mentioned in each itinerary), items of a personal nature, etc. The price does not cover costs and expenses, including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise of your own volution, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government. *A daily Hotel Service Charge is automatically added to each guest’s shipboard account. At the time of printing, the Hotel Service Charge is US$13.50 per person, per day for Staterooms and US$15.00 per guest, per day for Suites.

Hotel Service Charge is subject to change without notice. If the service exceeds or fails to meet your expectations, you are free to adjust this amount at the end of your cruise. The Hotel Service Charge is paid entirely to Holland America Line crew members and represents an important part of their compensation. A 15% service charge is automatically added to bar charges and dining room wine purchases.

SIGHTSEEING TOURS & TRANSFERS Sightseeing tours and transfers are subject to availability at the time of booking and are at an additional cost as outlined on the applicable cruise page.

Sightseeing tours are subject to change at any time. Sightseeing tours and transfers may be subject to minimum numbers which, if not met, may result in an increased cost for that service. All transfers are provided on a private basis unless otherwise specified.

ITINERARY CHANGES Holland America Line reserves the right to amend the cruise itinerary at any time up to and during the voyage.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from Australia (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing Australia earlier, please ask your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent to request your travel documents in good time.

TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommended that you obtain comprehensive international travel and medical insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance will not result in any waiving of cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip.

BOOKING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent must be notified in writing. The day that the written notice is received will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday, if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. These cancellation fees will be levied by the shipping company and possibly the airline and other suppliers, and will be greater the closer to your travel date that you cancel. You should check very carefully with your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent what these fees are, before you making a booking. A fee of $25.00 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent. The following scale of charges (includes G.S.T) will apply when notice of cancellation is given prior to holiday departure.

These cancellation penalties are in addition to any cancellation fees that may be levied by your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent.

Should you cancel your flights after the air tickets have been issued, additional cancellation charges will apply to the above stated cancellation fees.

SHIPBOARD CREDIT OFFER Amounts are in US Dollars, are per stateroom, and only applicable to the 1st and 2nd guests in the state-room. Onboard credit is non-refundable, has no cash value, expires at the end of the cruise, and cannot be used in the casino or medical centre.

CRUISECO’S STATEMENT OF BUSINESS PRACTICE Your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent will provide you, on request, with a copy of Cruiseco’s “Statement of Business Practice”.

OTHER CONDITIONS It is your responsibility to ensure you have read all of the Booking Terms and Conditions and to provide valid travel documents. BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS Your booking arrangements are to be made by your Travel Masters/The Travel Studio Agent, and the person effecting the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions. This brochure and contents are valid from 14 September 2018.
