The new Baby Monsters will be available in eight different designs and colours to suit all tastes. Some are bright day glow colours, whilst others are made in a more muted colour palette. Every Baby Monster has a large mouth so they can talk, shout and sing. The new air-filled squeaker in each one gives lots of different sounds and is easy to use. Cuddly Tums will be available from January with a collection of 13 to choose from, ranging from pink pigs to grey huskies. They are the ideal cross-over toy as they have the cuddle factor of a soft toy and all the interactivity and creativity of a glove puppet. The new Large Creatures are also available from January –and include a Chameleon, a Shark and other sea life creatures.

Little Concepts will be bringing four toy and gift brands to Spring Fair this year. PlanToys PlanHome category features gifts such as Piggy Banks, Pull-along Mice and Kaleidoscopes. This year PlanToys has expanded its pocket money range with six new mini games, which come packaged in a travel tin. From Britain comes a selection of rub-down transfer activity packs by ScribbleDown. There are 12 designs in the range, and new for 2017 are four Bumper Packs featuring large fold-out scenes and over 100 transfers. BrickStix is the retail hit from the United States, which was brought to the UK in 2016. BrickStix are designed to fit plastic bricks such as Lego and Mega Bloks. New for 2017 are the Spongebob Square Pants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles licences,

The company’s licensed brands include James Bond, Doctor Who, Thunderbirds and the Gerry Anderson portfolio. Continuing the popular range of Doctor Who 1:6 scale collector figures, Big Chief will be displaying its forthcoming releases, alongside the recently released Ninth Doctor figure. New additions include various incarnations of Doctor Who, alongside some of his most famous companions. Visitors can also expect to see Big Chief’s Thunderbirds Replica Character Figures produced from three dimensional scans. The company has also been busy developing a range of Miniature Cutaway Vehicle Replicas, with removable panels that reveal the inner workings of Brains’ Fabulous machines. Big Chief recently announced a deal with EON Productions to produce a range of 1:6 scale figure of James Bond 007. With new technology and techniques, Big Chief are focused on attention to detail, life-like sculpts, miniaturised accessories and hand-tailored costumes.
