During the February 20 meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Superintendent Mike Beaty made several announcements involving the Department's personnel.

Sergeant Allen Dori

Sergeant Ed Spiller (Patrol Division) retired in December of 2017 after 31 years of honorable service. A community mainstay, he graduated from Marple Newtown High School in 1983, completed the Delaware County Municipal Police Academy in 1986, and was hired by Tredyffrin Police Department in June of 1987. His accomplishments include assignment to the Traffic Safety Unit in 1990 and promotion to his current rank in January of 2003. Many of the Township residents will recognize him for his many years of managing the local Trout Derby and his long term commitment to the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District, acting as the Head Coach for the Conestoga Boy's Wrestling Team. Sgt. Spiller has numerous commendations that include his delivery of a baby girl in May of 1993 prior to the arrival

Superintendent Beaty reported the promotions of the following officers to the ranks of Sergeant and Corporal: Allen Dori, a past Officer of the Year 2008 and decorated sixteen year veteran of the Agency was promoted to Sergeant (Patrol Division) from the position of Corporal (Patrol Division). Sgt. Dori is a 1985 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School where he was a standout varsity baseball player, continuing his education and baseball career and graduating with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1997 at West Chester University. He started his career in Tredyffrin in January of 2002. He graduated from the Montgomery County Police Academy in June of 2002, and detailed to the Patrol Division. Sgt. Dori is a

as a Field Training Officer (FTO). Sgt. Dori was a guest lecturer at Conestoga High School on numerous occasions in Criminal Justice classes. He served as a United States Marine for six years and attained the rank of Corporal. He rejoined the military in 1999 with the Pennsylvania National Guard and served until 2001. Sgt. Dori is married to Yahira and has three sons - John, 24, Michael, 21, and Andrew, 14. Donald Molineux, Jr., the 2012 Officer of the Year, and a highly decorated sixteen year veteran of the Agency was promoted to the rank of Sergeant (Patrol Division) from the rank of Corporal (Patrol Operations). He graduated from Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown in 1996 and
