Summer Day Camps
Welcome to the 2023 Camp Season!
We are looking forward to another fun filled summer. As a parent you can help ensure that your child has the best experience possible by reviewing the Day Camp Parent Guide. It contains specific information regarding arrival, dismissal and lunch procedures. Camp Rockingstone and the Hommocks Camp are all included in the Day Camp Parent Guide. For information regarding the Teen Travel Camp you will need to review the Teen Travel Camp Handbook. Both guides are located on our website under the “Summer Camps” section.

Refund Policy
The Town of Mamaroneck Refund policy is on our website. Please read the refund policy prior to registering. There are NO REFUNDS after the camp deadline and/or if individuals or groups are required to quarantine.
Health & Safety Protocols
Our priority is the health and safety of campers and staff. This camp is licensed by Westchester Department of Health. We will follow all safety guidelines and restrictions they release. Please note guidelines and requirements could change at any time. Parents will be sent updates to protocols and guidelines prior to the start of the camp season.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. For more information on how to register online, see page 2.
Note: Online registrations are assessed a non-refundable convenience fee.
ePACT Network
The Town of Mamaroneck Recreation Department has partnered with ePACT Newtork to provide a consolidated system of a child’s health information and important Board of Health authorizations.

New Camper registrations with the ePACT Network: After registering for camp, you will receive an email from ePACT with a link to go online and enter your child’s health information, immunization history, emergency contact information, medication authorization, sunscreen authorization, and friend request all in one easy location. Changes/updates to your child’s record can be made up until the camp deadline by logging on with your username and password.
Campers previously registered with the ePACT Network: After registering for camp, you will receive an email from ePACT inviting you to sign into your existing account. You will review existing information and update your child previous information as needed. All sections must be verified, and friend requests, and immunization records must be uploaded again for the 2023 season. Any previous year’s uploads are no longer visible to the Town of Mamaroneck on your account.
Please note: The Board of Health requires yearly submissions of immunization records.
Summer Day Camps
Camp Rockingstone And Hommocks Camp
Resident Registration Begins: Monday, March 6th at 9 am.
Nonresident Registration Begins: Monday, April 10th at 9am.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, May 31st.
Camp Rockingstone at Central Elementary School Ages: 3 - 5 Day: Monday – Friday
Time: 9:15 am – 2:15 pm
Dates: July 3rd – August 11th (No camp July 4th)
Fee: Resident: $1,225 Nonresident: $1,420
This camp is open to boys and girls who are ages 3 - 5 by August 11th. Camp Rockingstone will offer a wide variety of fun filled activities including, specialists, entertainers, and events. The day camp will also include visits from our local Fire, Police, and Emergency Medical Services departments. Campers will have a lunch break, please provide your child with lunch each day. A nut free snack will be provided by the camp during break time. Registration is limited. A Counselor/Camper ratio of 1:6 is planned. PLEASE NOTE:
Camp policy requires that all children be toilet trained before the start of camp, Pull-ups will not be permitted.
Proof of age may be required for participants.

Hommocks Camp
Entering 1st – 6th Grades at the Hommocks Park Ice Rink

Day: Monday - Friday
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Dates: July 3rd - August 11th (No camp July 4th)
Fee: Resident: $1,200 Nonresident: $1,395
This Camp is open to boys and girls who are entering 1st grade (completed Kindergarten) thru entering 6th grade. This program will offer campers a variety of programs and special activities, weekly entertainers including arts & crafts, dance, sports, and games. Hommocks Camp will also have special event days, treasure hunts, and theme days and the last day of the camp carnival. In addition, we will also receive visits from our local Fire, Police, and Emergency Medical Services departments.
A counselor/camper ratio is 1:8 for 1st & 2nd grades and 1:10 for grades 3 and up.

We are planning on bringing back visits to the Hommocks Pool this summer. Please note: Visits will be subject to change and will be based on any current Board of Health protocols and staffing requirements.
