Mad Science Ages 5 - 9 at Hommocks Park Ice Rink Community Room

Phreaky Physics: Is your energy potential or kinetic? Find out with us as we explore centrifugal force & gyroscopes. Join a team of camper engineers and build bridges, domes, cubes, and pyramids. Assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults, and simple machines. You’ll find this week of activities “electrifying”!

*Participants will be supervised for the full day session by Mad Science staff. Participants must bring a nut free lunch and one-two light snacks.

Grit Ninja Ages 5 - 12 at Memorial Park

Time: 9:15 – 11:15 am

The Grit Ninja has packed up equipment and is ready to turn Memorial Park into a unique ninja warrior obstacle course! Aspiring ninjas will climb, swing, jump and run on our obstacles which include: Warped Wall, Upper Body Rig, Rock Wall, Speed/Agility Course, Parkour Stations, Swinging Obstacles, Balance Games and Course Runs. This camp is designed by The Grit Ninja’s professional coaches - many of whom have competed on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. Our coaches will guide ninjas as they tackle our fun obstacles that build strength, coordination, agility, balance, problem-solving skills, self-confidence and, most importantly, GRIT!
