GROUP FITNESS GROUPX FITNESS CLASSES All classes are held in Studio 2. Children ages 12-14 years must have active adult supervision to attend. Water Aerobics takes place at The Cove at The Lakefront®.
• PiYo®. Combine the muscle-toning, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga.
Children under 12 years are not permitted in GroupX classes.
• SCB. Low impact strength and light cardio for aging adults (50 years and over), hosted by the Brenda Button Mills Senior Center.
• Barre. Stretch, tone, and tighten with isometric movements inspired by ballet.
• Strength. Pure strength, no cardio allowed!
• Bootcamp. Functional interval training with bursts of cardio to kick your metabolism into high gear.
• Strength & Cardio. Circuit-based cardio and strength exercise to maximize metabolism.
• Cycle. Spin bike for a great cardio workout.
• Water Aerobics. A cardio-based workout that is easier on your joints.
• High Fitness. Old school aerobics with exciting music and muscle-sculpting flair. • Interval Training. Interval-based cardio and strength training.
• Yoga. Increase overall body awareness, flexibility, and balance. • Zumba®. Heart-pumping, hip-shaking Latin dance.
