FITNESS Core Fusion

Is your mid-section getting you down? Is your core your weakest link? This low-impact fusion class is focused on strengthening our core, improving your posture and increasing your flexibility. Learn fun new exercises that you can incorporate into a home routine. Challenge yourself with stability balls and weights while you build better balance and a stronger midsection. We will blend techniques from the fitness world as well as yoga and Pilates. Modifications will be shown to accommodate all levels classes will finish with targeted stretching. Strength Training for Skiers & Snowboarders

This is a mixed level hooping class open to beginners and more experienced hoop dancers looking to expand their knowledge. Learn the basics of hoopdance, explore a variety of tricks, and learn to link tricks together into a fluid dance. We will be using hoops that are larger and heavier than the average kid’s hoop from a toy store, providing a more creative and playful way to express movement and dance with your hoop. Each class will finish with a hoop jam. Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for Universal Life Force Energy, a gentle healing technique for reducing stress and enhancing each person’s natural healing abilities. Working with Dogs

Hi, my name is Molly! My owner Yvonne (who happens to teach a great dog class) and I have booked the Scout/Guide Hall to work on dog training with you and your family members. We would really enjoy having you come to our class – “Working with Dogs”. In this class we’ll learn loose leash walking, recall exercises and how to relax. We will focus on family dog manners, which I use all the time, such as sitting, waiting, leave it and “no barking” (although this is a tough one). We can’t wait to meet you and have fun learning together. Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour; just long enough for your owners to get tired.
