FIT OPERATIONS & CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE Person specification:

Friendly personality, very customer orientated, good communicator, team spirit, professional, focused and result orientated

Requirements:

Highly accurate, attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines, ability to work well under pressure and finding creative solutions, work experience in Tourism, destination knowledge (UK and Ireland), fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

FIT Sales & Product Manager

Job specification:

To participate fully in the team, which provides a professional, comprehensive, administrative service to travel businesses creating and organising tailor-made packages for individual travellers so that they have the best possible holiday experience in UK and Ireland

Location:

Harrow, United Kingdom or Dublin, Ireland

Key Tasks: 

Administration and operation of individual bookings (city packages and car round tours): inserting bookings and dealing with amendments and cancellations

Ensuring that all bookings are inserted accurately, updated and maintained until after departure in our main booking tool, TPNX.

Booking additional services such as entrances and transfers for clients

Ensuring that agreed margin targets per booking are being met

Preparing hotel and entrance vouchers and sending them to clients within agreed deadlines

Finding suitable accommodation in the UK and Ireland within budget for round tour bookings

Dealing with book outs in liaison with clients

Preparing hotel and B&B descriptions by researching all necessary information

Assisting with preparing costings and quotes for creative and authentic tailor-made holidays around the UK, within an agreed time frame and agreed presentation style

Offering exceptional service and developing strong relationships with our customers from around the world, understanding their requirements and matching their expectations; investigating complaints/comments from clients

To develop and support specific FIT client relationships as assigned from time to time

Taking part in the emergency mobile rota of the FIT department

Communicating with clients and suppliers on a daily basis
