Originally, Debra’s introduction to the world of real estate came from her parents, who were themselves investors and property managers. “I’ve been around real estate for the past forty years. At one point my parents owned about fifteen homes at one time, and when I was as little as I can remember, my siblings and I helped clean them up for rental.” Her early introduction steadily built her to the point where she became licensed in 2005 and went full time in 2011. She’s gradually grown her business by expanding her services and geographical coverage.

In addition to regular real estate, I also specialize in distressed properties, where I negotiate with the mortgage lender, and liens related to the title of their home. I’ve even helped homeowners save their home from foreclosure at absolutely no cost. My record is a single home that I was able to save over $760,000 off their mortgage debt, and simultaneously negotiated cash relocation assistance. The vast experience in all real estate facets with both buyers and sellers has helped me garner repeat clients, referrals, and high recommendations from attorneys.”
