With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Claudia Marrone is an unstoppable force. Her journey into the world of real estate started while working in the IT technology and human resources sector. Claudia’s interest in investing in real estate led her to purchase several properties and rent them out. After a few years of successfully managing her investment properties while still working in the corporate world, Claudia decided to take the plunge and become a full-time real estate agent. Fast forward to today, and Claudia is a well-respected and knowledgeable REALTOR®, known for her expertise in the local housing market and her commitment to her clients. She understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful process and prides herself on providing her clients with the guidance and support they need to make informed decisions.

As a solo agent providing one-on-one attention, she serves the central New Jersey area. With many flocking to the region for its proximity to New York City, it’s also known for its beautiful suburban neighborhoods and outstanding school districts. “We have a lot of pharmaceutical companies in Somerset County as well,” Claudia explains. Claudia’s business is largely referral-based, as she continually exceeds expectations. “I take care of my clients from beginning to end,” Claudia says. “They aren’t handed off to an assistant or another agent. They’re with me through the entire process, and I’m available 7 days a week.” Claudia responds quickly to texts, phone calls, and emails, knowing that every minute of the transaction is important. When Claudia isn’t working, she stays active in the community. She recently started volunteering at Goats of Anarchy, a vegan farm sanctuary specializing in the rescue and rehabilitation of farmed animals with disabilities. Claudia will also soon start volunteering at the Somerset County Animal Shelter, and was on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Somerset Hunterdon Counties. Throughout the year, she contributes time and funds to various causes and community events. During her free time, she can be found relaxing with her husband and their dog, hanging out with friends, and trying new restaurants.
