Word spreads fast about Brad Gothberg’s work, as he always goes “Above and Beyond.” One client recently shared, “Both our daughters had the opportunity to use Brad when they purchased their first homes in Lafayette. Brad explains, “I’ve been doing this so long that I’ve worked with generations of families. My goal is to always make a client for life.” Brad helps them feel comfortable and at ease. He is dedicated to achieving their goals and handles all the details, so they can focus on their next life chapter. “I’m very disciplined,” Brad says. “I want to make sure my client is getting what they want, and that it’s a win-win for everyone. I fully represent my clients and ensure everything is covered” When it comes to marketing his properties, he utilizes the latest technology through his brokerage, The Agency. Each home is listed on the MLS and advertised on social media to targeted audiences. Before any property is listed, Brad gets the house looking move-in ready. “We’ll get it painted, staged, updated, and do whatever it needs to get it Sold for Top Dollar.”

The San Ramon Valley is known for its natural beauty of Mt. Diablo and the Las Trampas Ridge. The area is also known for its amazing schools and many community-oriented neighborhoods. Much of Brad’s business derives from repeat clients and referrals, as he’s developed lasting relationships with those he serves. With over 35 years of real estate experience, Brad is all about our community.

When Brad isn’t working, he’s staying active in the community through Habitat for Humanity and The Animal Shelter, where he walks dogs. Brad’s other passion is swimming and water polo, where he has been a member of the Walnut Creek Masters for over 25 years and plays for the master’s team 680 Water Polo. Brad is also active with the Ronald McDonald House and was a board member in the past. He also loves riding his mountain bike throughout Mt. Diablo and enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter and his dogs.

As time goes on, Brad’s passion for Real Estate continues to grow. He plans to keep expanding his reach and assisting as many clients as possible with their real estate dreams.
