For Amy Rossano, helping people comes naturally. Prior to entering the real estate field, she worked as an occupational therapist, where she utilized her excellent communication skills and empathy to make a difference in her patients’ lives. After more than two decades in healthcare, she decided to take her talents to real estate and hasn’t looked back since. “I grew up in a real estate family,” Amy explains. Her father, a broker and developer, inspired her to pursue a career as an agent. With her background and expertise, Amy is well-equipped to provide personalized and attentive service to her clients. Her passion for real estate, coupled with her love of people, makes her a top choice for anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Serving the greater South and Central New Jersey areas, Amy is growing at an exponential rate, and began building her own team in her second year as a REALTOR®. “I became very busy, so we determined that my husband would come in and help me out,” she explains. “Together we decided to start a team which has evolved into the Amy Rossano Group. A native of South Jersey, Amy knows this region well and loves to share her expertise with her clients. Known for its proximity to Philadelphia, South Jersey is full of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and beautiful neighborhoods. “We also have great school districts,” Amy explains. “It’s just fabulous here.”

With extensive knowledge and a genuinely caring demeanor, Amy has seen her business quickly become referral-based. “I view my clients as relationships,” she says. “I’m here to support them on their journey as best as I can.” Buyers and sellers know that Amy is looking out for their best interests. She does everything possible to alleviate stress and make the home-buying or selling process straightforward. Her marketing is strategic, thorough and expansive. With a strong local network, Amy also has a strong focus on social media and Digital Marketing, which reaches tens of thousands potential buyers and sellers in the tri-state area and beyond.

Amy’s long-standing residency in South Jersey has led her to become an active member of the community. She participates in various volunteer activities to give back to her community. One of her notable involvements is with the non-profit organization Book Smiles, where she collects books and supports literacy programs for children in need in the area. In addition, she volunteers at Lions Gate, an assisted and independent living facility, along with her certified therapy dog, where they visit the residents and bring joy to their lives. Amy is also involved in her local synagogue.

As her team continues to grow, Amy plans to keep helping as many clients as possible. “Helping people is my passion, it’s what I love. Connecting with my clients and building these long-lasting relationships with them is just truly impactful to me.”
