ALISSA TRAUGHBER
People-oriented and eager to reach great heights, Alissa Traughber knew real estate would be her ideal path. She entered this industry from the corporate world, wanting to have a side business. “I thought I could do a great job serving people, it’s in my blood, so I decided on real estate,” she explains. Alissa pursued it on a part-time basis for the first five years, and eventually became busy enough to go full-time. Working as a solo agent, Alissa serves Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth counties, with a growing portion of her business deriving from repeat clients and referrals. Coming from a product management executive background, Alissa is extremely organized, abiding by timelines and following up. It’s this motivation and diligence that has led to her growth, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down.
“I’m very responsive,” she explains. “I work hard and do whatever it takes to make my buyers and sellers happy. I’ll do what needs to get done.” She combines her deep market knowledge and excellent negotiating skills with a personalized touch, creating a truly oneof-a-kind experience for her clients. Sellers enjoy thorough marketing of their properties, as Alissa posts each home on the MLS as well as social media. In addition, Alissa spends a generous amount of her own money to promote her client’s listings on social media. “At RE/MAX, we have a CRM called KVCore, which hits all the sites, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, so we do a really good job of having presence on all social media platforms.” “I had a listing a few months ago that was featured on Zillow Gone Wild, Tik Tok and Instagram. It went viral and I had dozens of media outlets contacting me all over the country.” All homes are also listed on the RE/MAX website, which is the #1 visited real estate search engine, giving them national exposure.
Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering determination have made her a trusted advisor to many, and she consistently receives rave reviews from her satisfied clients.
