ZACH FRIES

A longtime San Diego resident, Bryan Devore has always been passionate about helping others. After building an accomplished career in the marketing industry, he found himself seeking a new opportunity that still spoke to his entrepreneurial spirit, but afforded him time to be there for his family. Inspired, he decided to pursue his real estate license and launch his career as an agent, quickly finding his niche working with members of the local senior population—in particular, those looking to downsize, move closer to family, or transition into assisted living. Drawing from his core values of openness and integrity, he would go on to establish a network of satisfied clients that spans the state.

Today, Bryan is a REALTOR® and Director of the Senior Division at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, where he leads the Devore Realty Group to assist clients throughout San Diego County and the surrounding areas. A Certified Pro- bate and Trust Specialist with his Seniors Real Estate Specialist® Designation, he has cultivated a distinct process to meet the needs of any buyer or seller.

When listing a property, Bryan prefers a comprehensive approach. After helping his clients fully prepare for the market, he shares it via a highly targeted blend of digital and social media cam- paigns. To go with amplifying his listings through a suite of third party websites and video interviews, he leverages proven resources like print campaigns in local publications to ensure a seamless transaction.

Elsewhere, Bryan is just as attentive when assisting his buyers, carefully guiding them to the right investment for their best interests. In fact, he keeps in touch long after the deals are done through regular check-ins and his informative video series, The Monday Market Moment, to make sure his clients are satisfied in their new homes. More than anything, he enjoys welcoming newcomers into his thriving San Diego community, from its booming economy to its family-friendly neighborhoods.

Over the years, Bryan has earned a terrific reputation throughout California, with the vast majority of his volume coming from repeat clients and referrals. Having exceeded $40 million in volume in 2022 alone, he remains committed to the standards that set his team apart. “In real estate, no two days are the same,” he says. “For me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than meeting a client, learning about their situation, and smoothly getting them from Point A to Point B.”

On top of serving on the Board of Directors for ElderHelp, Bryan is President of the San Diego County Council on Aging. He is equally committed to his industry, hosting the popular real estate podcast, The Bryan Devore Connection. When he’s not with clients or giving back, he can be found spending quality time with his wife and children, hiking with friends, or attending the occasional Padres game.

As his volume maintains its steady growth, Bryan intends on scaling his work within the senior space while expanding his reach throughout the region. In the meantime, he looks forward to all the new connections that await. “I truly care about the people I work with,” he says. “The greatest reward is knowing that I provided my clients with the education and resources they needed to make a strong decision. At the end of the day, I want their journey to be the best it can possibly be.”
