And the most important disadvantage of vegan lifestyle is unbalance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Can a person stay fit by just going in for sports without changing diet? Of course not. Sport doen’t reduce weight. The most important thing is to have a well-balanced diet, consisting of those products that fit this person according to his or her ethnicity and to exclude foods that cause food intolerance. But sport, of course, is necessary to keep body in good shape and bulk up.
