SWIETOSZEK TARTUFFE

Newly re-opened Restaurant Świętoszek Tartuffe enjoys a historical connection to the Polish cultural scene; established in 1986 by the Theater Guild as a place where Polish performers once mingled. Today with Chef Stanisław Nowogródzki at the helm, it once again sits atop Warsaw’s culinary map. He brings his 30 year experience notably from the Marriott, a recipient of several awards and a judge of culinary contests; he blends his zeal for Polish cuisine with his own fusion of sublime flavors and aesthetics that are a joy to behold. The pork chop with boletus mushroom and thyme sauce, and the restaurant’s original-recipe Kajmak cake, comprises a memorable dining example. The connection to theater continues— renowned Polish stage designers Marcin and Mateusz Stajewski have indeed matched the interior here to the fine dining. A truly mesmerizing culinary experience!
