11 TOP FINE DINING › WARSAW › BACZEWSKICH Baczewskich is located within a NeoRenaissance palace in the center of Warsaw; built in 1895 it was one of the few buildings that survived the Second World War. The restaurant is the younger sibling of Baczewskich in multicultural Lviv in Ukraine and harkens back to the nostalgia of merriment that prevailed in the 1920s and 30s. Chef Dmitriy ‘Dima’ Babak, brings his immense experience in crafting a menu that bridges the modern with its traditional roots in Galician cuisine.

For example, the trout tartare served on guacamole with salmon caviar reflects the contemporary, while chicken Kyiv with truffle puree imbibes more tradition!
