m Fro Ed... the Another year has raced by in record time…and it’s the month of Christmas already! Hopefully you’ve all at least started your Christmas shopping, if not you’d better not waste much more time as the days are running out fast! I’ll be spending Christmas in Montana, in a house that overlooks a beautiful lake. We’ve decided to move out of the house where we live in Ketchum, Idaho, and go on to pastures new. We liked living here in Ketchum, but to be quite honest, it’s a little on the chilly side for me, having dwelled in Spain for 10 years. And so for the next 6 months we’ll be living between places… first Montana, then onto Ojai, California for a stint, before returning to Europe for 3 months to tie up some more loose ends. Finally, we’ll head back to the USA and then hopefully settle somewhere, such as Ojai, or some other location with a warm climate. These are our plans anyway, but as someone very clever once said, “All planning is a defense against God.” And so we’ll see what unfolds in the meantime, and be open to wherever we’re led, as our exciting adventure continues… Just wanted to mention that The Light: A Book of Wisdom has now been re-released by its US publisher and it makes a great Christmas gift. You’ll find it on Amazon! It’s now available in the Spanish language too, and that version is called El Libro de Sabiduria.

Strange News Breaking Bad - Toys R Us have responded to calls from Florida mothers and has removed its four collectable Breaking Bad dolls from its shops’ shelves and website. The dolls are based on the series about Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher who turns into a crystal meth dealer, and his sidekick Jesse Pinkman. The figures have a detachable bag of cash and a bag of methamphetamines. "Let's just say, the action figures have taken an indefinite sabbatical," Toys R Us said in a statement. The retailer had maintained that the figures were sold in limited quantities in the adult-action-figure area of its stores. However, a petition launched on said the dolls are a "dangerous deviation from their family-friendly values". "While the show may be compelling viewing for adults, its violent content and celebration of the drug trade make this collection unsuitable to be sold alongside Barbie dolls and Disney characters," a mother wrote. Daniel Pickett, of Manhattan Beach, California, launched a petition on in favour of the toy seller keeping the dolls. So far, it has collected nearly 3,000 signatures. Extreme hair - A Welsh schoolgirl has been compared to the fairytale heroine Rapunzel after her locks measured almost the entire length of her body. Coming in at a staggering 3ft 4in, Katy White's hair is her trademark. The 4ft 11in youngster’s mane has been labelled a "deadly weapon" — especially during her martial art Choi Kwang Do training as the 12-yearold is forced to wear it in a plait. Her mother Barbara told Wales Online: "When she spins, her hair whips round and people have to move out of the way. It’s like a secret weapon.” Katy, from Ammanford, Wales, has only had her hair cut three times in her life, excluding the time she took it upon herself to cut a fringe. She also admitted that washing her locks takes just as long as drying them, but she is happy with the status quo. She said: “People stop me to ask about my hair all the time; I’m used to it now. I can’t imagine having it cut, although I do have it tied back most of the time, especially when I’m in school.” Despite its head turning capabilities, a spokesperson from the Guinness World Record said Katy’s hair is not yet record-breaking.

Festive Facts Here are some festive facts to get you even more in the mood for Christmas... 1. US scientists calculated that Santa would have to visit 822 homes a second to deliver all the world's presents on Christmas Eve, travelling at 650 miles a second

7. Hanging stockings out comes from the Dutch custom of leaving shoes packed with food for St Nicholas's donkeys. He would leave small gifts in return 8. There is no reference to angels singing anywhere in the Bible

2. Robins on cards were a joke 150 years ago when postmen wore red tunics and were named after them

9. Nearly 60 million Christmas trees are grown each year in Europe

3 Although now mostly vegetarian, in Victorian times, mince pies were made with beef and spices

10. The abbreviation Xmas isn't irreligious. The letter X is a Greek abbreviation for Christ

4 The tradition of putting tangerines in stockings comes from 12th-century French nuns who left socks full of fruit, nuts and tangerines at the houses of the poor 5 Despite the tale of three wise men paying homage to baby Jesus, the Bible never gives a number. Matthew's Gospel refers to merely "wise men" 6 Carols began as an old English custom called wassailing, toasting neighbours to a long life

interesting Facts - After independence in 1958 Guinea severed ties with France and turned to the Soviet Union. The first president, Ahmed Sekou Toure, pursued a revolutionary socialist agenda and crushed political opposition. Tens of thousands of people disappeared, or were tortured and executed, during his 26year regime. French is the official language of Guinea. A unique "feet for sign language" is also used in the western areas of Guinea. This language is made effective by series of dances or by sitting on the ground and using one's feet effectively. Guinea is known as the "chateau d'eau de l'Afrique de l'ouest": the water tank of West Africa. It is the source of the Niger river. Guinea's economy is largely dependent on agriculture and mineral production. It is the world's second largest producer of bauxite, and has rich deposits of diamonds and gold. Guinea has the wettest capital city on Earth, with 3.7 meters of rain a year!

Christmas Markets Around The World Fancy going somewhere different this Christmas? Try one of these Christmas Markets Strasbourg, France Strasbourg’s Christmas market takes pride of place in front of the sublime, towering Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg. It’s the largest and oldest Christmas market in France. For more than 400 years the city has welcomed visitors to its Christkindelsmarik. Beautifully made Christmas decorations, Nativity figurines and traditional delicacies (spiced bread, mulled wine and foie gras) fill the stalls. Dates: November 28 to December 31 Quebec, Canada Just a few years old, Quebec City’s Christmas market has become a fixture on the festive calendar. Its setting is beyond compare. The cobble-stoned streets of Vieux Quebec are made for Christmas cards and the guaranteed cold weather cries out for the hearty German fare and drinks that are on sale from the cheery vendors. Among the delicacies are traditional raisin-studded gingerbread, pretzels, roast

chestnuts and delicious Santa-shaped chocolates. Dates: November 25-December 24 Copenhagen, Denmark Tivoli Gardens, the famous amusement park, hosts Copenhagen’s Christmas markets. The willow trees are festooned with lights, there are almost four miles of colourful stalls and the little ones will be able to see how the residents of Nissekøbing spend their time. The market welcomes about one million visitors each year, most of whom will want to take a ride on the carousels, Chinese Lantern and Elves’ Train. 15 November - 4 January Dates: November 15 to January 4 Dublin, ireland In past years, Dublin’s Christmas market was at Docklands, this year it’s going to the heart of the city – St. Stephen’s Green. The exterior of the charming Victorian park, between Grafton Street and Merrion Row, will be lined with traders selling gifts and treats. It’s open until Christmas week between the hours of 12pm and 8pm. Dates: Nov 13 to Dec 22

Christmas Markets Around The World Chicago, USA The Christkindlmarket in Chicago is inspired by Nuremberg’s ancient market. Daley Plaza on Washington Street is where you’ll find red-andwhite tents groaning under the weight of festive delicacies and traditional handcrafted gifts that will satisfy the pickiest customer. Warming German delicacies (sausages, sauerkraut and potato pancakes) keep out the cold and soak up the glühwein and German beers. Dates: November 21 to December 24 Vienna, Austria The Christkindlmarkt on Rathausplatz starts earlier than most, in mid-November, and is one of the biggest Christmas markets in Europe. Almost 200 stalls dominate the square, selling traditional decorations and hand-crafted gifts as well as scrumptious, melt-in-the-mouth Viennese pastries and Weihnachtspunsch (a spiced punch). Dates: November 15 to December 24.

Prague, Czech Republic A giant Christmas tree in the Old Town Square is the focal point for Prague’s festive fun. The main markets are to be found at the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square and there are smaller ones at Namesti Republiky and Havelske Trziste. All feature beautifully decorated stalls that sell everything from Bohemian crystal and Czech marionettes to braided pastries and gingerbread. While shopping from stall to stall it’s customary to grab a mug of svaree vino (sweet mulled wine) to sip along the way. Dates: November 20 to January 1

Kangaroo Brawl It all kicked off in the animal kingdom Down Under this week when the raged duo bounced around a quiet street like it was a boxing ring Two furious kangaroos square up to each other before throwing kicks and punches in the middle of an Australian road. No, it's not Neighbours after the watershed, it was real life drama in the suburban sunshine, as the mad marsupials began their own brutal boxing match. Luckily, one quick-thinking neighbour watching the fight unfold from a safe distance, managed to capture the battle on his mobile phone.

Nobody knows how the exchange started, whether it was a brawl over a Sheila or if someone stole the last shrimp on the barbie. But one things for sure, never get into an argument with a kangaroo - unless you're Bruce Lee/Chuck Norris of course.

With an air of professional kickboxers about them, the angry pair drew their fighting stances before bouncing around peoples' gardens and exchanging blows. The clip, titled 'wild kangaroo street fight Aussie style', was uploaded on YouTube by user Rodney Langham this week and is quickly going viral with over 26,000 views. One viewer commented: "I am betting those double leg stomp kicks would blast a human quite far back." Another wrote: "Who won? The people want to know!"

Christmas One Liners Yes know you have probably heard them all before but come on it’s CHRISTMASSSSSS!! :) What kind of tree do fingers grow on? A palm tree. With her marriage she got a new name and a dress. Did you hear about the man who bought a paper shop? It blew away.

What is the vampire's favourite song? Fangs for the memory. What do you get if Santa comes down your chimney when the fire is a alight? Crisp Kringle What did the grape say when the elephant stepped on it? Nothing. It just let out a little wine.

What must you know to be an auctioneer? Lots. What do you call a penguin in the Sahara desert? Lost. A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion. Santa's helpers are subordinate clauses. How do snails keep their shells shiny? They use snail varnish.

Christmas Greetings to Everyone

Christmas Party Game Ideas Whether you are having a Christmas party with family and friends or an office party with co-workers, here's a list of games that will add some fun to your celebration.: 1. Fill the Christmas stocking. Divide into teams and have the participants race to fill their team's hanging stocking with a spoonful of wrapped candy. 2. Christmas gift wrap relay. Set up assembly lines of gifts, boxes, scissors, wrapping paper, ribbon, and tape for each team. Either have each player wrap one gift or make an assembly line of workers. Then race to wrap! 3. word Find. Using Christmas words—Christmas, Jesus Christ, Snowman, etc.—have each person make as many smaller words from it as possible before the timer runs out. 4. Christmas Carol Charades. Get dramatic! You can’t beat this crowd pleaser, as it is sure to bring the laughs. 5. Photo booth. Provide silly props and back-

drops for guests to use to get silly in front of a photographer (keep in mind it doesn't have to be a professional). 6. Two truths and a lie. This is a great ice breaker! Each person tells two stories about themselves, two of which are true and one that is not. A great Christmas twist is to name their three worst Christmas gifts; two would be true and one would be false. 7. Decorate a person as a Christmas tree. Using green crepe paper, ornaments, tinsel— whatever you can find—decorate your “tree”. First or best one wins. 8. Pin the red nose on Rudolph. The Christmas version of Pin the Tail on the Donkey. 9. outfit—sleigh, reindeer, belly, etc. As the host reads “The Night Before Christmas”, each participant listens for his word and when he hears it, he stands up, turns around and sits down. When the host mentions Santa Claus, everyone changes places and participants try to get a seat. The one left out continues the story until it is complete.

12. Christmas memory game. Put Christmas items on a tray and give people one minute to memorize the items. Take the tray away and have them write as many down as they can remember in 30 seconds.

Cutar is an inland paradise. Visit it and get to know and enjoy all it has to offer. It is perfect for those that like living in a natural peaceful place and only want to wander through the emblematic streets and hear the birds singing. Cutar village, which originated from an Arab farm and has numerous fountains and prosperous agriculture, lies under the protective shade of the Castillo en el Cerro. The very narrow streets of Arab origen are one of the most emblematic characteristics of this village in Axarquia, where you can feel and sense the past throughout the entire village.

Cutar extends to the north of el Cerro among olive trees and vineyards. The town is typically Axarquian and is dominated by the church tower that stands above the houses in the highest part of town. From all around this town there are splendid views of the Penon de Comares and the corridor of Colmenar-Periana. SOME OF THE BEST FIESTAS THEY CELEBRATE At Easter they traditionally celebrate on Easter Sunday el Huerto in which they sell the fruits and the profits pay for the fair in honour of San Roque. The fair in honour of San Roque is one of the most important and popular events of this town. It takes place in the middle of Au-

gust and lasts a week and during this time many people who live away return to enjoy the numerous activities and join in the fun. El Monfi takes place on the second weekend of October when Cutar goes back to its Moorish origens where they celebrate traditions of Andalusian culture in the streets, like the Zoco which is a craft and gastronomy fair. The object of this is to get a deeper knowledge of a culture that lasted six centuries and which was the origen of nearly all the white villages in Axarquia.

CUTAR Cutar has various places of interest close by.

Salto del Negro, La Zubia, huerta Palacio, Monte de Los Frailes, Cuesta del azúcar, Loma León-Peña de hierro & La Molina The August fair takes place in the middle of the month. It is Cutar's most popular celebration. On the Eve of the feria rockets are sent up to announce the start of the celebrations. After a mass in honour of San Roque, the Patron Saint of the town and the Virgen of the Angels, a procession goes around the streets. The following day everybody looks forward to the big paella. Fireworks (at 5.00 am) announce that all the fun has finished. Before, on the nearest Saturday to the 15th May they celebrate the Romeria of San Roque and for San Juan they light candles all over the village. In October Cutar is transformed into past times when it was still an Andalusian city, to celebrate the fiesta of Monfi. For 2 days the town is transformed and in the streets you can enjoy products from the Andalusian market, Arab music, workshops, Acts, Falconry exhibitions etc. One of the biggest attractions is the gastronomy where you can try similar dishes to those of the X1V and XV centuries, when the food had Arab flavours and perfumes. People participate in the celebrations by dressing up in Andalusian costumes and doing dances that were popular at the time. This way the festival reminds people how the Moors resisted being expelled from the land they had inhabited for 8 centuries, which they had named Monfies.

People Who Come And Go... Case study of the folk who buy and sell in our area. Thibaut and Marie – Village house in Canillas de aceituno Thibaut, wife and family moved to Malaga city from France a number of years ago and as a marketing consultant, Thibaut has been able to work on a freelance basis from the comfort of his own home. Anxious to get out of the city at the weekends, and after visiting a few of the villages around Axarquía, the family fell in love with the picturesque village of Canillas de Aceituno, nestling on the lower slopes of the great Maroma mountain. It was this that inspired them to buy a ruined village house on a quiet pedestrian street near the village centre. This was the real Andalusia that Thibaut and Marie had been searching for! The house was in a semi ruinous state and with the help of excellent builders from the village, they were able to create a modern, comfortable and yet romantic little hideaway in this idyllic village. When it was complete, it offered a wonderful place to spend the weekends. During the long, hot summers, the village pool was a great place to cool off and make plenty of friends. And in the winter, all the many shops and restaurants remain open, and the atmosphere and local community alive and vibrant!

Thibaut and Marie love the street the house is in. “It is so pretty, and the neighbours are the best! And about village life? “Life in the village is the real thing! You just have to walk down the street and the neighbours and villagers wave and shout their hellos, always in a good mood! It's so easy to make friends and feel a part fo the community. Now, Thibaut’s family have decided to sell the house. “We have let our house for a few years very successfully, as well as enjoying it ourselves, but we have a new project we wish to finance and that is why we have decided to sell. We love the house and the village, but now it is time to let someone else enjoy it as much as we have!" Toni Waterman, from Unspoilt Andalusia. See advert on page 79

Helping Axarquia New Regulations for Spanish Wills European Regulation 650/2012 will be applicable to EU citizens who die on or after August 17 next year(2015). The applicable law to the succession will be the law of the country where the deceased had his/her habitual residence at the time of death, unless they choose expressly at the time of making their will for his/her national law. Residents in Spain will need to include in their wills the choice of inheritance law Ěś either their own national law or Spanish law. For example, if you are English and live in Spain, and you die on or after 17/08/2015, your succession will be governed by Spanish Inheritance Law, unless you have opted for your national law. In other words, in most cases foreign EU residents will have to draft a new Spanish will. If you are not sure which law will apply to your succession or if your will should be updated, we can assist you. They are a storehouse of energy and nutrition, including vitamins, minerals and essential organic compounds. Their minerals include very good amounts of manganese, magnesium, potassium and phosphorous, and moderate amounts of iron, copper, zinc, and calcium. In terms of vitamins, a single serving of potatoes contains great amounts of vitamin C, folate, vitamin B6 and niacin, as well as good amounts of pantothenic acid, thiamin, vitamin K and riboflavin. Vitamins such as calcium and magnesium in potatoes help to provide relief, and water obtained from boiling them can relieve pain and inflammation. Certain types of potatoes, particularly red and russet potatoes, contain high levels of flavonoid antioxidants and vitamin A such as zeaxanthin and carotenes. These can protect against many types of cancer.

Potatoes contain large amounts of carbohydrates and very little protein. This makes them an ideal diet for those excessively lean or thin people who desperately want to put on weight. Vitamin-C and B-complex also help in proper absorption of carbohydrates. Potatoes also contain a considerable amount of fibre or roughage — more in raw potatoes and cold ones than boiled or hot ones. This stimulates peristaltic motion and increased secretion of gastric juices, which eases digestion and prevents conditions such as constipation. It also protects the body from more serious conditions such as colo-rectal cancer. Fibre is also connected with scraping cholesterol out of the arteries and blood vessels, thereby increasing heart health. Vitamin-C and B-complex — as well as minerals like potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc — are good for the skin. Apart from that, pulp obtained from crushed raw potatoes, mixed with honey, can work well in skin and face packs. This even helps to cure pimples

The town is of Arabic origin and its name derived from Banu Mukarram which means The Tribe of Mukarram who were quite possibly Berbers. Benamocarra was conquered by Ferdinand the Catholic after the capture of VélezMálaga in 1487 and the following years proved to be an uneasy time for both Christians and Moslems. After the expulsion of the Moriscos (the Muslim converts to Christianity) in the latter part of the 16th century Christians returned to the town from Antequera, Estepa, Puente Genil and other locations.

middle of the roundabout has been dismantled and there is now a more modern water feature with a statue and the road has been blocked on one side to provide a pedestrian area. Benamocarra boasts a Music and Culture Festival with free food and drink to tempt locals and strangers alike and the streets are full of performers playing different types of music from traditional, with groups dressed in medieval costume to popular and jazz and even classical being played in the church. Its certainly a treat for all the senses and a festival that should not be missed. There is another famous festival where the younger members of the community dress up as witches and goblins and in the springtime the annual Romeria where all the townsfolk suddenly appear to have acquired a horse and they all show off their riding skills, the men dressed in typical Spanish equestrian outfits with tight black pants and fresh white shirts and waistcoats

The lovely Gothic style church of Santa Ana which was built in the 16th century has a Mudejar tower and is quite majestic inside with its high wooden beamed ceiling and the streets surrounding it are typical of the area, narrow, steep, white washed and full of plant pots brimming with colourful flowers and plants. All the usual facilities are provided with many shops hidden away in houses, banks, hairdressers, bars, restaurants and a health centre. Sandra Hill was in Nerja recently, on a visit from England, and was invited by a friend to see a performance of the Poetry of War, performed at the local theatre by the Nerja Players to commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of the First World War The show, performed to wide acclaim, was for one night only, and all profits will be donated to the Nerja Branch of the Royal British Legion. At the after show party, Sandra told Nerja Players President Joan Tarver, that the performance was as good as any which she had seen in the West End of London. Commented Joan, “Our group has been in existence since 1988 and gets excellent reviews when we put on a public performance, but we are not very good at blowing our own trumpet! We are always looking for new members who may like to join and act, or just come along and see what we are doing. We meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month from October to March at the Nerja Bridge Club.”

Label Instructions In case you need further proof that the human race is doomed because of stupidity, here are some actual label instructions on consumer goods... On a Myer hairdryer: Do not use while sleeping. On a bag of Chips: You could be a winner! No purchase necessary. Details inside. (the shoplifter special?) On a bar of Palmolive soap: "Directions: Use like regular soap." (and that would be how???....) On some frozen dinners: "Serving suggestion: Defrost." (but, it's "just" a suggestion). On Nanna's Tiramisu dessert (printed on bottom): "Do not turn upside down." (well...duh, a bit late, huh)! On Marks & Spencer Bread Pudding: "Product will be hot after heating."(...and you thought????...) On packaging for a k-Mart iron: "Do not iron

clothes on body." (but wouldn't this save me more time?) On Boot's Children Cough Medicine: "Do not drive a car or operate machinery after taking this medication." (We could do a lot to reduce the rate of construction accidents if we could just get those 5-year-olds with headcolds off those forklifts.) On Nytol Sleep aid: "Warning: May cause drowsiness." (and...I'm taking this because???....) On most brands of Christmas lights: "For indoor or outdoor use only."(as opposed to...what?) On Nobby's peanuts: "Warning: contains nuts." (talk about a news flash!) On an american airlines packet of nuts: "Instructions: Open packet, eat nuts." (Step 3: maybe, Delta?) On a Swedish chainsaw: "Do not attempt to stop chain with your hands or genitals." (...was there a lot of this happening somewhere?)

What Shakespeare Really Meant William was a very wise man. But you'd never know it because he used such fancyschmancy words. Now our crack team of cunning linguists at The Sentinella, have translated a number of Shakespeare's quotes into modern day English. It's about time we were all able to enjoy the wit and wisdom of this oddly groomed scribe The weakest kind of fruit drops earliest to the ground. Translation: Only fight sissies. The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers. Translation: Let's kill all the lawyers. Really. Be to yourself as you would to your friend. Translation: It's OK to sleep with your sister because your friend sure would. Is the jay more precious than the lark because his feathers are more beautiful? Translation: Good-looking strippers get bigger tips. I can express no kinder sign of love than this kind kiss. Translation: First base is better than striking

out altogether. Men at some time are masters of their fate. Translation: Get married and you're screwed. They that thrive well take counsel of their friends. Translation: If your drinking buddies say she's really a man, listen to them. O, flatter me, for love delights in praises. Translation: Honesty isn't necessarily the best policy when it comes to penis size. I'll note you in my book of memory. Translation: Don't expect me to call the day after. Praising what is lost, makes the remembrance dear. Translation: When you're telling your buddies about your conquests, exaggerate. A lot. My endeavors have ever come too short of my desires. Translation: You've never had twins and you never will. Get over it.

The fish is actually a bright, brick-red colour; however, it fades to a yellowish orange after death — hence the name. They were called ‘slimehead’ because of the mucous-producing canals on their heads. They are found in 3 to 9 °C (37 to 48 °F), deep (180-to-1,800-metre (590 to 5,910 ft)) waters of the Western Pacific, eastern Atlantic and Indo-Pacific oceans, as well as in the Eastern Pacific off Chile.

age commercial catch size is commonly between 35 and 45 centimetres (14 and 18 in) in length. Due to its longevity, the orange roughy accumulates large amounts of mercury in its tissues, and although the level is just below recommended safety levels, prolonged and habitual eating of this fish is not recommended Roughy often gather in large groups, so fisherman could easily haul in big batches using trawl nets—wide-mouthed nets that are dragged behind boats. These sudden, large harvests did not leave the roughy enough time to reproduce and stocks began declining quickly, especially near New Zealand, Australia and Namibia.

They are very slow-growing and do not begin to breed until they are at least 20 years old These fish migrate several hundred kilometres between localised spawning and feeding areas each year. Each female produces only 22,000 eggs per kg of bodyweight which is less than 10 per cent of the average for other species of fish.

Like other slimeheads and slow-growing species, the orange roughy has a very low resilience. They are extremely susceptible to overfishing because of this, and many stocks —especially those off New Zealand and Australia, which were first exploited in the late 1970s — have already crashed; recently-discovered substitute stocks are rapidly dwindling.

Disney's Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day follows the exploits of 11-year-old Alexander (Ed Oxenbould) as he experiences the most terrible and horrible day of his young life— a day that begins with gum stuck in his hair, followed by one calamity after another. But when Alexander tells his upbeat family about the misadventures of his disastrous day, he finds little sympathy and begins to wonder if bad things only happen to him. He soon learns that he’s not alone when his mom (Jennifer Garner), dad (Steve Carell), brother (Dylan

) : a h a Jokes h The Sunday School teacher was describing how Lot's wife looked back and turned into a pillar of salt, when little Jason interrupted, "My Mummy looked back once while she was driving," he announced triumphantly, "And she turned into a telephone pole!" -------------------------------------------------------------A Sunday school teacher was telling her class the story of the Good Samaritan. She asked the class, "If you saw a person lying on the roadside, all wounded and bleeding, what would you do?" A thoughtful little girl broke the hushed silence, "I think I'd throw up." -------------------------------------------------------------A Sunday school teacher asked, "Johnny, do you think Noah did a lot of fishing when he was on the Ark?" "No," replied Johnny. "How could he, with just two worms." -------------------------------------------------------------A Sunday school teacher said to her children, "We have been learning how powerful kings and queens were in Bible times. But, there is a Higher Power. Can anybody tell me what it is?" One child blurted out, "Aces!" -------------------------------------------------------------Nine-year-old Joey was asked by his mother what he had learned in Sunday school. "Well Mum, our teacher told us how God sent Moses behind enemy lines on a rescue mission to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. When he got to the Red Sea, he had his army build a pontoon bridge and all the people walked across safely. Then he radioed headquarters for reinforcements. They sent bombers to blow up the bridge and all the Israelites were saved." "Now, Joey, is that really what your teacher taught you?" his mother asked. "Well, no, Mum, but, if I told it the way the teacher did, you'd never believe it!" -------------------------------------------------------------During the minister's prayer one Sunday, there was a loud whistle from one of the back pews.

Tommy's mother was horrified. She pinched him into silence and, after church, asked, "Tommy, whatever made you do such a thing?" Tommy answered soberly, "I asked God to teach me to whistle, and He did!" -------------------------------------------------------------Little Johnny and his family were having Sunday dinner at his Grandmother's house. Everyone was seated around the table as the food was being served. When Little Johnny received his plate, he started eating right away. "Johnny! Please wait until we say our prayer." said his mother. "I don't need to," the boy replied. "Of course, you do." his mother insisted. "We always say a prayer before eating at our house." "That's at our house." Johnny explained. "But this is Grandma's house and she knows how to cook!" -------------------------------------------------------------A woman goes to the hospital. "What seems to be the problem?" asked the Doctor. "Something is terribly wrong, I keep finding postage stamps from Costa Rica in my Vagina." The Doctor had a look, chuckled and said: "Those aren't postage stamps my dear, they're the stickers off the bananas" -------------------------------------------------------------A tough old sheep farmer from Scotland gave some good advice to his granddaughter. He told her that the secret to a long life was to sprinkle a pinch of gunpowder onto her porridge every morning. The grand daughter followed this dictum religiously until her death at the venerable age of 103. She left behind 14 children, 30 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren and a forty foot hole where the crematorium used to be.

Jokes h a ha :) A suicide bomber died and went to heaven, as foretold. When he arrived there, he met Allah, and he said to Allah that he was ready to claim his virgins, as promised. Out of curiosity he asked Allah why there were so many virgins in heaven. Allah regarded him for a moment, then replied, "Actually, the 72 virgins are here in heaven because people like you murdered them before they could experience the pleasure of sex. So you're here to service them. Since they're virgins, they're quite sexually ravenous; and, frankly, you'll be on constant, exhausting duty. And I shall banish you from Paradise should you fail!" The bomber responded, "Well, I guess I can live with that. How hard can it be to keep 72 women satisfied for all eternity?" And Allah replied, "Who said they were women"? ------------------------------------------------------------Business Man in 1st Class, to a Sexy Gorgeous Air Hostess Business Man: What is your name? Hostess: Angela Benz, Sir! Business Man: Lovely name, any relation to Mercedes Benz? Hostess: Yes Sir, very close. Business Man: How close? Hostess: Same price! ------------------------------------------------------------A husband and wife are shopping in their local Wal-Mart. The husband picks up a case of Budweiser and puts it in their cart.. 'What do you think you're doing?' asks the wife. 'They're on sale, only $10 for 24 cans' he replies. 'Put them back, we can't afford them' demands the wife, and so they carry on shopping. A few aisles further on along the woman picks up a $20 jar of face cream and puts it in the basket. ”What do you think you're doing?' asks the husband. 'It's my face cream. It makes me look beautiful,'

replies the wife.. Her husband retorts: 'So does 24 cans of Budweiser and it's half the price.' ------------------------------------------------------------A little girl was talking to her Mummy. “Mummy, what’s a virgin?” “When Mum and Dad love each other very much...and they want to show how much” “And Dad gives a gift to Mum?” says the girl “Dad does a special thing with Mum” replied the Mum “He takes his special thing and puts it inside Mummy’s special place. This makes Mum very happy and then Dad gets very happy and then there’s an explosion! Dad has a lot of seeds and these race to see which one gets to Mummy’s egg first...This is called making love. And until you did that, you are called a virgin.” “I see” says the little girl “So what’s Extra Virgin?” ------------------------------------------------------------The plane leaves Heathrow Airport under the control of a Jewish captain. His copilot is Chinese. It's the first time they've flown together and an awkward silence between the two seems to indicate a mutual dislike. Once they reach cruising altitude, the Jewish captain activates the auto-pilot, leans back in his seat, and mutters, 'I don't like Chinese.. .' 'No rike Chinese?' asks the copilot, 'Why not?' 'You people bombed Pearl Harbor, that's why!' 'No, no', the co-pilot protests, 'Chinese not bomb Peahl Hahbah! That Japanese, not Chinese.' 'Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese....doesn't matter, you're all alike!' There's a few minutes of silence... 'I no rike Jews!' the copilot suddenly announces. 'Oh yeah, why not?' Asks the captain. 'Jews sink Titanic!' says the co-pilot. 'What? That's insane! Jews didn't sink the Titanic!' exclaims the captain, 'It was an iceberg!' 'Iceberg, Goldberg, Greenberg, Rosenberg, no mattah...all frucking same!!'
