Spring Sports
Spring Sports - Tomah High School is a member of the MVC Conference.
TENNIS - BOYS Available to grades 9-12 Boys’ tennis is a spring sport that runs from the end of March through the early June.
TRACK & FIELD - BOYS & GIRLS Available to grades 9-12 Track & Field is open to students who are willing to work hard, have fun, and compete individually and/or on a team. Practices start the early March and run through early June.
SOFTBALL Available to grades 9-12 Join our winning softball team! Softball is a spring sport that runs from the mid March through early June.
BASEBALL Available to grades 9-12 Baseball is a spring sport that runs from the mid March through early June.
SOCCER - GIRLS Available to grades 9-12 Soccer is a fall activity for both boys and girls. Practices start in the beginning of the school year and run through mid-October. SPECIAL OLYMPICS - TRACK & FIELD & POWERLIFTING Available to grades 9-12 These two separate sports are offered both during the spring season. Special Olympics is an avenue for our student athletes to compete against other athletes within our area. Our student athletes can participate in a variety of individual sports, team sports, and unified sports.
GOLF - BOYS Available to grades 9-12 Practices start late March through early June. This is a good opportunity to learn a lifelong sport.
TITO - Mascot
The official Tito the Timberwolf mascot costume is held in the Activities Office. Contact the Activities Office with any interest in being Tito!
THS Signing Day
Senior athletes that commit to competing at the collegiate level are recognized each year at the THS Signing Day event. This is where students and their families can reflect on their athletic accomplishments during their high school career and also celebrate their future potential during their college careers. The THS training facility is open (and supervised) exclusively for Tomah students in 6-12th grade. Sign up is not required.
AM: 6:00am - 7:15am PM: 3:30pm - 5:00pm every school day


FASST=Functional, Athletic, Strength, and Speed Training This summer enrichment course will teach students how to improve their flexibility, quickness, agility, speed, strength, and overall athleticism using the Train Heroic program. This highly participative class will include many training drills used to improve the students’ physical skills. This class is held at the THS Training Facility and open to both middle school and high school students. Online sign up will occur near the end of the school year and sent out by School Administration. FAAST runs for about six weeks during summer break.
Athletic Opportunities Tomah High School is a member of the Mississippi Valley Conference and Tomah Middle School is a member of the 3 Rivers Conference. Both are members of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). The rules of these organizations govern the action of their athletes. Tomah High School and Tomah Middle School can participate in the interscholastic programs as listed in this booklet.
Clubs and Organizations Every student is encouraged to participate in school activities in addition to what is offered within the classroom. All clubs and organizations are open to both males and females. No form of humiliating initiation or any hazing is permitted. Tomah High School and Tomah Middle School can participate in the clubs and organizations as listed in this booklet.
Sportsmanship It is expected that all middle school and high school students will practice good sportsmanship by showing proper respect and courtesy to all visitors, whether they are players, coaches, officials, or spectators.
