XAA-WAN’-K’WVT (HOWONQUET) EARLY LEARNING PROGRAM (XELP) Congratulations, Head Start Graduates!
On May 27, the Dan’-dee-ni’ (Spring Salmon) class graduated from Xaa-wan’-k’wvt Head Start. The event was generously supported by Xaa-wan’-k’wvt staff, the Head Start Parent Policy Council, and the Education, Facilities & Public Works, and Community & Family Wellness Services departments. Shu’ shaa-nin-la to Tribal Council and Lucky 7 Casino for their sponsorship. Graduates received new bicycles from Lucky 7 Casino and a summer gift bag from our the Parent Policy Council. Make us proud in kindergarten!
