NURSERY

The Nursery has continued to thrive and the children have experienced and enjoyed many varied activities. This year has seen the increase with the deliverance of British Values. Teaching children British Values has always been part of our day to day curriculum. We teach children to take turns, share and to talk about things and ideas important to them; at the same time being respectful, kind and helpful to others. All children are individual and are respected for their choices, understanding we live in

a multicultural world. Celebrations of British Values have included St. Valentine’s Day, Shrove Tuesday, St. David’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day and St. George’s Day, to name but a few. We also celebrated the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. We had many children dressing up as a Royal couple and sharing cake with each other. The Woodpeckers and Owls have participated in fun language activities this year with Madam Véron. The
