Upon commencement of the project I was nominated and subsequently elected as project manager for the project. As such I was responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Throughout the project, as project manager I was also responsible for ensuring that everyone on the project team understood and executed their roles throughout the project. Also regular team meetings were held to monitor and assess project. Throughout the project I was also involved directly in numerous areas including:
