Hi all,
Over the last 12-months, we’ve experienced a lot of change - leadership changes, department and region restructures, and the introduction of a new Chief Operating Officer, Tristan Butt.
While change can be unsettling, it also highlights opportunity, relevance, and competitiveness. In our case, we proactively set out with expansion and connectivity in mind, initiating change that allows us to scale up in growth markets (USA, UK, Asia), while returning to our core in ANZ, with quality and expertise being fundamental.
Amidst these changes, our focus on our people and customer excellence continues to shine through. Through our Voice of Customer initiative, our customers are saying that, “TMX are in it with you. They’re real-world people who are your partner”, highlighting we have the right people, in the right place, to achieve great results.
As we move into the new financial year, exciting opportunities await. Our projections indicate strong growth and we’re well-positioned to achieve them. But, growth isn’t just about numbers; it’s about our collective effort and working together across divisions to achieve results.
As we continue to scale up and focus on high-growth, I encourage you to remain focused, embrace change, and contribute to our shared vision. Keep up the great work – your dedication is noticed and appreciated.
See you out there. Cheers, Trav Travis Erridge

The Snackbrands facility in NSW has officially reached practical completion!
