Signature Class 50 Impact Projects

Team Tomorrow partnered with Hello Gorgeous to deliver an effective and adaptive marketing tool to increase awareness of the organization’s mission, fortify volunteer recruitment, and solidify fundraising in an effort to ensure continued growth. Our promotional tool can support both sponsorship opportunities and grant applications. The team also researched and presented applicable grants suitable for immediate application and provided a Grant Application Guide to jump start the process, all in support of the ongoing prosperity of Hello Gorgeous and the beautiful women it seeks to support.

Signature Class 50 Impact Projects

We worked with Indiana University South Bend to identify skill gaps in the local workforce through industry assessments, workforce surveys, and community engagement. Our research will inform changes in professional development and program offerings to better equip residents with the skills they need to succeed in the local economy.

Signature Class 50 Impact Projects

Our group created a volunteer recruitment video and onboarding presentation featuring staff, volunteers, and clients explaining the reasons why they love Place To Be Me and why they believe volunteering at the organization is a worthwhile experience to better introduce volunteers to their programs and volunteers opportunities
