Job Title: Tir Coed Finance Manager PURPOSE OF JOB: •
To administer Tir Coed finances.
•
To provide general administrative support for the Tir Coed Project Officers;
•
To administer and manage the monthly payroll, as well as completing company returns for the Charity Commission, Companies’ House and HMRC; and
•
To assist the Tir Coed Executive Director and Project Officers with researching funding opportunities and applying for core funding to further the Charity’s aims and objectives.
KEY WORK AREAS: •
Set up and manage all Tir Coed financial and administration systems for the Denmark Farm and Loveden House offices, and aligned with Wales European Funding Office (WEFO) requirements.
•
Maintain and update financial records on an on-going basis.
•
Maintain record & evidence financial data to meet the individual requirements of each project funding stream.
•
Prepare and present quarterly financial claims for project funders to their requirements.
•
Assist the Tir Coed Project Officers in developing and maintaining a system to monitor project Outputs and Outcomes.
•
Prepare finance summaries for Project Officers, on request.
Comply with and assist WEFO Officers to conduct an external audit of the projects, as and when necessary.
•
Administer and manage the Tir Coed monthly payroll for all employees.
Complete all HMRC, Companies House & Charity Commission returns to the appropriate timetables. •
Prepare end of year financial records to present to Tir Coed’s Accountant.
•
Prepare and present quaterly and annual reports for the Board of Directors.
•
Assist the Tir Coed Executive Director to research, identify and pursue core funding opportunities which will enable Tir Coed to further realise its aims and objectives.
•
Assist Tir Coed Executive Director in preparing budgets
