Summer Rally and Picnic in the Park Hosted by Young Democrats of Carteret County and the NCDP 3rd Congressional District

ALL CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK BEFORE the Senator arrives. Order of candidate speakers is as follows but will remain fluid as arrival times of candidates could change. Please limit speakers to 4 minutes and about a 15 minute musical break as outline below. This should run about 1 hour 45 minutes and would land us at about 6:45. We expect the Senator to arrive between 6:45-7:00. If she is running late , we will notify Zack and Elaine can speak a little longer to cover the delay or we can add music until she arrives.

Young Dems of CC should welcome everyone to the event, recognize the band, recognize Rick Heal, Carteret County Democratic Party Chair, State YD and National Committeeman, Andrew Barnhill and any others who may be in attendance like former Clerks of Court, Judges, etc. Buck and Tina will help identify these folks, if any.
Youth Volunteer to lead Pledge of Allegiance (We can pull a cute kid from the crowd)
YD turns introduces and turns over to Chris Hardee, 3rd District Chairman. Chris will again recognize any other county chairs in attendance and introduce Zack Hawkins, 2nd vice chair of NCDP as the Emcee for the evening and turn it over to him.
